“項目導(dǎo)向、任務(wù)驅(qū)動”教學(xué)模式在兒科護理教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用探討

【摘要】:為了探討"項目導(dǎo)向、任務(wù)驅(qū)動"教學(xué)模式在兒科護理教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用效果,將我院2012級入學(xué)的三年制護理專業(yè)的學(xué)生隨機抽取2個班級,分為實驗組和對照組,在其學(xué)習(xí)的《兒科護理學(xué)》課程時分別采取"項目導(dǎo)向,任務(wù)驅(qū)動"教學(xué)模式和傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式授課,在學(xué)期末時對這兩個班的學(xué)生的理論、操作技能等能力進行考核,同時發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷。結(jié)果顯示:實驗組的這個班級的同學(xué)的理論、操作水平成績打分均高于對照組(p0.01);同時,發(fā)放的問卷進行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析結(jié)果表明,"項目導(dǎo)向,任務(wù)驅(qū)動"教學(xué)模式在護理教學(xué)中對學(xué)生的理論、操作水平、學(xué)習(xí)興趣等均有一定的提高作用,可以使學(xué)生掌握更多理論、實踐知識。"項目導(dǎo)向,任務(wù)驅(qū)動"教學(xué)模式在護理教學(xué)中對教學(xué)有一定的促進作用,并得到了學(xué)生的認可,這種教學(xué)方法對教學(xué)、學(xué)生均有益。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the application effect of "project-oriented, task-driven" teaching model in pediatric nursing teaching, two classes were randomly selected from three year nursing students enrolled in our college, and divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. In the course of "Pediatric Nursing", they adopted the "project-oriented, task-driven" teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode respectively. At the end of the semester, the students of the two classes were tested on their theoretical and operational skills. A questionnaire was distributed at the same time. The results showed that the theoretical and operational scores of the students in this class in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P 0.01). Task-driven "teaching mode can improve students' theory, operation level and learning interest in nursing teaching, so that students can master more theory and practical knowledge." The project-oriented and task-driven teaching mode has a certain promoting effect on the teaching in nursing teaching and has been recognized by the students. This teaching method is beneficial to both the students and the students.
