【摘要】：正患兒男,13歲,因"食欲不振7月余,腹脹1周"就診。7個月前患兒因腹痛、腹瀉至當?shù)蒯t(yī)院就診,以"急性胃腸炎"治療后好轉(zhuǎn),后納食較前減少。1周前進食后出現(xiàn)腹脹,不伴嘔吐、腹痛、腹瀉等癥狀。5天前至當?shù)蒯t(yī)院行彩色多普勒超聲檢查示大量腹腔積液。4天前至我院診治,查體:腹部膨隆,腹肌稍緊張,移動性濁音陽性。擬診:腹腔積液查因,惡性疾病?患兒
