【摘要】：目的：評價健胃寶沖劑治療小兒脾虛型厭食癥的有效性和安全性。 方法：選取2011年03月至2011年10月間在鹽城市中醫(yī)院治療脾虛型厭食癥患兒60例,按照隨機對照原則分為治療組和對照組。中醫(yī)治療組30例采用健胃寶沖劑治療,主要藥物組成為蒼術,白術,山楂,雞內金,陳皮,太子參；對照組30例采用西藥小兒復方四維亞鐵散。 結果：治療組痊愈13例,占43.3%,顯效11例,占36.7%,進步5例,占16.7%,無效1例,占3.3%,總有效率96.7%；對照組痊愈7例,占33.3%,顯效6例,占28.3%,進步9例,占23.3%,無效8例,占15.8%,總有效率84.2%；兩組比較,差異有顯著統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),兩組治療后患兒血紅蛋白變化量比較,差異有顯著統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),兩組在主癥積分比較有顯著差異(P0.05),次癥積分改善比較無明顯差異,另外兩組患兒治療期間均沒有出現(xiàn)嚴重不良反應。 結論：健胃寶沖劑治療脾虛型厭食癥療效顯著,安全性好,在臨床上具有進一步推廣應用的價值,但對其遠期療效還需要進一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jianwei Bao granule in treating anorexia of spleen deficiency in children. Methods: from March 2011 to October 2011, 60 children with anorexia due to spleen deficiency were divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of random control. The traditional Chinese medicine treatment group (30 cases) was treated with Jianwei Bao granule, the main drug composition was Atractylodes, Hawthorn, Chicken Inner Gold, Old Peel, Radix Pseudostellariae, and the control group (30 cases) was treated with western medicine compound Siwei ferrous powder. Results: in the treatment group, 13 cases were cured (43.3%), 11 cases were markedly effective (36.7%), 5 cases were improved (16.7%), 1 case was ineffective (3.3%), and the total effective rate was 96.7.The control group (7 cases) was cured, 33.3 cases (33.3%), 6 cases (28.3 cases), 9 cases of progress (23.3%), and 8 cases of ineffectiveness. The total effective rate was 84.2%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was significant difference in the main symptom score between the two groups. There was no significant difference in the improvement of the secondary symptom score. There was no serious adverse reaction during the treatment of the other two groups. Conclusion: Jianwei Bao granule is effective and safe in treating anorexia of spleen deficiency type.
