【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查青少年體像的現(xiàn)狀,探究體像與焦慮、抑郁及自尊之間的關(guān)系。方法:使用多維自我體像關(guān)系調(diào)查問(wèn)卷(MBSRQ)中5個(gè)分量表:相貌評(píng)估、相貌傾向、身體部位滿意、超重表、自我分類(lèi)表;自尊量表(SES)和抑郁-焦慮-壓力量表中文精簡(jiǎn)版(DASS-C21)對(duì)1231名青少年進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果:相貌評(píng)估、身體部位滿意男性顯著高于女性,相貌傾向、自我分類(lèi)表和超重表男性顯著低于女性。超重表、自我分類(lèi)表偏胖組顯著高于正常組和偏瘦組,相貌評(píng)估、身體部位滿意偏胖組顯著低于正常組和偏瘦組。相貌評(píng)估、身體部位滿意、超重表、自我分類(lèi)表與焦慮、抑郁、自尊顯著相關(guān),自尊在體像和焦慮、抑郁的關(guān)系中起中介作用。結(jié)論:個(gè)體對(duì)自己外貌和身體越滿意,自尊水平越高,焦慮、抑郁水平越低;對(duì)體重越關(guān)心,對(duì)自己越不滿意的被試則相反,并且體像可通過(guò)自尊的中介作用影響焦慮和抑郁。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between body image and anxiety, depression and self-esteem. Methods: five sub-scales of MBSRQ were used: appearance evaluation, appearance tendency, body part satisfaction, overweight scale and self-classification table. Self-esteem scale (SES) and depression-anxiety-stress scale (DASS-C 21) were investigated in 1231 adolescents. Results: the body part satisfaction was significantly higher in males than that in females, and the tendency of appearance, self classification and overweight were significantly lower in males than in females. Overweight and self-classification were significantly higher in fat group than that in normal group and thin group, and the body part satisfaction weight group was significantly lower than that in normal group and thin group. Appearance evaluation, body part satisfaction, overweight scale, self-classification table were significantly correlated with anxiety, depression and self-esteem. Self-esteem played an intermediary role in the relationship between body image and anxiety and depression. Conclusion: the more satisfied individuals are with their appearance and body, the higher the self-esteem level, the lower the anxiety and depression level, while the more concerned about the weight, the less satisfied the subjects are, and the body image can influence anxiety and depression through the mediating effect of self-esteem.
