【摘要】:正研究發(fā)現(xiàn)母乳低聚糖有助于新生兒清除感染性病原體,英國(guó)的研究人員認(rèn)為,這特別有助于增強(qiáng)嬰兒的免疫系統(tǒng)功能。倫敦帝國(guó)理工學(xué)院的研究人員發(fā)現(xiàn),乳糖基-N-二巖藻黃素六糖I(LNDFHI)有助于新生兒在出生后幾周內(nèi)清除B族鏈球菌,B組鏈球菌是產(chǎn)后新生兒腦膜炎的常見(jiàn)感染原因,也是英國(guó)甚至全球的新生兒在出生后最初三個(gè)月里感染的主要原因。研究人員希望這些新知識(shí)能夠有助于開(kāi)發(fā)預(yù)防母嬰感染的治療方法。
[Abstract]:Breast milk oligosaccharides are being found to help remove infectious pathogens in newborns, and British researchers believe this helps in particular to strengthen infants' immune system. Researchers at Imperial College London have found that lactosyl-N-dipyridamole luteinose INDFHIhelps newborns to clear group B streptococcus group B streptococcus within a few weeks of birth as a common cause of postpartum meningitis. It is also the leading cause of infection in the first three months of life in Britain and even around the world. The researchers hope that the new knowledge will help develop treatments to prevent mother-to-child infections.
