【摘要】：目的研究沙盤游戲聯(lián)合音樂療法對自閉癥(ASD)患兒康復干預效果。方法 ASD患兒44例隨機分組,各22例。對照組采用音樂療法干預,觀察組采用沙盤游戲+音樂療法干預。干預前后對比兩組孤獨癥治療評定量表(ATEC)、SF-36生活質(zhì)量量表評分變化。結果干預后觀察組ATEC評分低于對照組(P0.05);機體健康、心理職能、情感職能評分高于對照組(P0.05)。結論沙盤游戲及音樂療法用于ASD患兒康復治療能緩解患兒病情,提高生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of sand game combined with music therapy on rehabilitation of ASD children with autism. Methods 44 cases of ASD were randomly divided into two groups, 22 cases each. The control group was treated with music therapy and the observation group with sand table game music therapy. Before and after intervention, the scores of ATECK SF-36 quality of life scale were compared between the two groups. Results after intervention, the ATEC score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the scores of body health, psychological function and emotional function were higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Sand play and music therapy can relieve the illness and improve the quality of life in ASD children.
