【摘要】：目的 觀(guān)察安神定志針刺法對(duì)抽動(dòng)穢語(yǔ)綜合征患者運(yùn)動(dòng)性抽動(dòng)、發(fā)聲性抽動(dòng)、YGTSS總評(píng)分及病情程度的影響,評(píng)價(jià)其臨床療效 方法： 將60例抽動(dòng)穢語(yǔ)綜合征患者嚴(yán)格按照就診順序隨機(jī)分為治療組(給予安神定志針刺法)和對(duì)照組(給予常規(guī)針刺法)各30例。每天針刺1次,1個(gè)月為1個(gè)療程,兩個(gè)療程后采用《耶魯綜合抽動(dòng)嚴(yán)重程度量表》(Yale Global Tic Severity Scale, YGTSS)觀(guān)察兩組患者運(yùn)動(dòng)性抽動(dòng)、發(fā)聲性抽動(dòng)、YGTSS總評(píng)分及病情程度的改善情況,并運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件對(duì)所得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析 結(jié)果 臨床研究表明治療組和對(duì)照組患者的運(yùn)動(dòng)性抽動(dòng)、發(fā)聲性抽動(dòng)、病情程度及YGTSS總評(píng)分治療后與治療前相比均有極顯著性差異(P0.01)；其中YGTSS總評(píng)分治療后治療組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)；治療組總有效率為86.67%,對(duì)照組為63.33%,兩組療效比較有顯著性差異(P0.05),治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。 結(jié)論 1、安神定志針剌法可以明顯改善抽動(dòng)穢語(yǔ)綜合征患者的病情程度,緩解抽動(dòng)癥狀,減少患者的YGTSS總評(píng)分； 2、安神定志針刺法療效優(yōu)于常規(guī)針刺法,且方法安全
[Abstract]:Purpose To observe the effect of the acupuncture method of tranquilizing the spirit on the general score and the degree of illness of the patients with Tourette's syndrome, and to evaluate the clinical effect of YGTSS in the patients with Gilles de la Tourette syndrome (Gilles de la Tourette syndrome). Methods: 60 cases of Gilles de la Tourette syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). Acupuncture once a day, one month as a course of treatment. After two courses of treatment, Yale Global Tic Severity Scale, YGTSS) was used to observe the general score of motor tic, vocal twitch and the improvement of the degree of illness in the two groups. And use statistical software to analyze the data. Result Clinical studies have shown that patients in the treatment group and the control group have motor twitching and vocal twitching. The degree of illness and the total score of YGTSS after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment (P 0.01). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67 and that of the control group was 63.33, which was significantly better than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the curative effect of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.01), and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion 1. The acupuncture method of tranquilizing the mind can obviously improve the degree of illness of the patients with Tourette's syndrome, relieve the symptoms of twitch, and reduce the total score of YGTSS of the patients with Gilles de la Tourette syndrome. 2. The therapeutic effect of calming the mind acupuncture is better than that of the routine acupuncture method, and the method is safe.
