【摘要】：目的：應(yīng)用消腫化斑湯外敷配合常規(guī)治療，對(duì)小兒過(guò)敏性紫癜關(guān)節(jié)型病例進(jìn)行臨床治療觀察，并探討其作用機(jī)理。 方法：將60例患兒隨機(jī)分成兩組，二組均在常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)照組：?jiǎn)渭兘o予中藥口服及西醫(yī)抗炎等常規(guī)治療。實(shí)驗(yàn)組：常規(guī)治療的同時(shí)應(yīng)用消腫化斑湯方加減外敷。3天1療程，觀察3個(gè)療程。 結(jié)果： 1、實(shí)驗(yàn)組治愈22例，有效7例，，總有效率為96.7%；對(duì)照組治愈16例，有效11例，總有效率為90.0%。實(shí)驗(yàn)組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P0.05）。 2、實(shí)驗(yàn)組療程較對(duì)照組明顯縮短（P0.01）。 3、在本次試驗(yàn)中未觀察到藥物對(duì)心、肝、腎功能及血液系統(tǒng)等有不良反應(yīng)。 結(jié)論：消腫化斑湯對(duì)小兒過(guò)敏性紫癜關(guān)節(jié)型療效確切。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical treatment of allergic purpura joint type in children by external application of Xiaozhonghuazan decoction and to explore its mechanism.Methods: 60 cases of children were randomly divided into two groups. The two groups were based on routine therapy.Experimental group: at the same time, the treatment group was treated with Xiaozhonghuaban decoction plus or minus external application for a course of 3 days, and observed 3 courses of treatment.Results:1. In the experimental group, 22 cases were cured, 7 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 96.7%, in the control group, 16 cases were cured, 11 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 90.0%.The experimental group was obviously superior to the control group (P 0.05).2. The course of treatment in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P 0.01).3. No adverse effects on heart, liver, kidney and blood system were observed.Conclusion: Xiaozhonghuaban decoction is effective for allergic purpura joint type in children.
