【摘要】：目的探討Toll樣受體7/髓樣分化因子88(TLR7/My D88)信號通路基因多態(tài)性與腸道病毒71型(EV71)手足口病(HFMD)易感性及重癥化的關聯(lián)性。方法收集在西安交通大學第二附屬醫(yī)院和西安市兒童醫(yī)院感染科收治的EV71 HFMD標本180例和健康對照標本201例。采用SNPscan多重SNP分型方法對381個樣本的TLR7基因rs3853839、rs179010和My D88基因rs7744位點進行基因分型檢測。結果男性患兒中TLR7基因rs3853839 C等位基因的易感性(OR=2.343,95%CI:1.516~3.621)與重癥化(OR=1.939,95%CI:1.064~3.521)風險升高。男性患兒中TLR7rs179010 T等位基因的易感性(OR=1.701,95%CI:1.142~2.535)與重癥化(OR=1.852,95%CI:1.038~3.305)風險升高。女性患兒中TLR7基因rs3853839、rs179010等位基因分布在病例組與對照組無明顯差異。My D88基因rs7744多態(tài)性與EV71 HFMD易感性及病情輕重程度無明顯關聯(lián)性。結論 TLR7基因rs3853839、rs179010多態(tài)性與EV71 HFMD男性患兒易感性及病情嚴重程度相關。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the association of Toll like receptor 7 / myeloid differentiation factor 88(TLR7/My D88 gene polymorphism with susceptibility and severity of enterovirus 71 (EV71) hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD).Methods 180 EV71 HFMD specimens and 201 healthy controls were collected from the second affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University and Department of Children's Hospital infection of Xi'an City.The rs3853839 rs179010 and my D88 rs7744 loci of TLR7 gene in 381 samples were detected by SNPscan multiplex SNP typing method.Results in male children, the susceptibility of rs3853839 C allele of TLR7 gene was 2.343N95% CI: 1.516 + 3.621) and the risk was increased by 1.939% 95% CI: 1.064 + 3.521).The risk of susceptibility to TLR7rs179010 T allele in male children was increased by 1. 701: 95 CI: 1. 142 + 2. 535) and 1. 852 / 95 CI: 1.03838 / 3.305).There was no significant difference in the distribution of rs3853839 / rs179010 allele in female children between the case group and the control group. There was no significant correlation between the rs7744 polymorphism of my D88 gene and the susceptibility to EV71 HFMD and the severity of the disease.Conclusion the rs3853839 rs179010 polymorphism of TLR7 gene is associated with the susceptibility and severity of EV71 HFMD in male children.
