【摘要】：目的探討食物特異性IgG的表達(dá)水平與非IgE介導(dǎo)的呼吸道過(guò)敏的關(guān)系,以及特異性IgG定量檢測(cè)能否作為食物引起呼吸道過(guò)敏反應(yīng)的診斷指標(biāo)之一。方法選取2013年12月-2015年12月在該院兒科哮喘門(mén)診診治的非IgE介導(dǎo)呼吸道過(guò)敏的患兒,共78例,健康對(duì)照組27例。在飲食回避后對(duì)入組患兒進(jìn)行療效判斷,其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為癥狀消失或明顯改善,癥狀評(píng)分為3分;癥狀有所改善為2分;癥狀無(wú)改善或加重為1分視為無(wú)效。然后,對(duì)特異性IgG的表達(dá)水平與臨床癥狀評(píng)分之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析,并通過(guò)ROC曲線評(píng)估特異性IgG的診斷價(jià)值。結(jié)果過(guò)敏組患兒的臨床癥狀得分以及特異性IgG的表達(dá)水平,與對(duì)照組比較,均升高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。入組患兒的臨床癥狀得分與特異性IgG水平呈正相關(guān);且特異性IgG的診斷準(zhǔn)確性較高,ROC曲線下面積為0.713。結(jié)論特異性IgG抗體水平的測(cè)定在非IgE介導(dǎo)兒童食物引起呼吸道過(guò)敏診斷中有一定的參考價(jià)值,可在臨床上推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the expression of food-specific IgG and non-#en1# induced respiratory allergies. Methods 78 children with non-#en1# induced respiratory hypersensitivity were selected from December 2013 to December 2015 in pediatric asthma clinic of our hospital, and whether the quantitative detection of specific IgG can be used as one of the diagnostic indexes of respiratory allergic reaction induced by food. 27 cases of healthy control group. After diet avoidance, the therapeutic effect of the children in the group was judged. The standard was that the symptoms disappeared or improved obviously, the symptom score was 3; the symptom improved to 2; the symptom did not improve or aggravated to 1 as invalid. Then, The relationship between the expression level of specific IgG and clinical symptom score was analyzed, and the diagnostic value of specific IgG was evaluated by ROC curve. Compared with the control group, all of them were increased, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The clinical symptom scores of the children in the group were positively correlated with the level of specific IgG. The area under the curve of specific IgG is 0.713.Conclusion the determination of specific IgG antibody level has certain reference value in the diagnosis of non-#en2# induced respiratory allergy in children, and can be popularized in clinic.
