【摘要】：文章通過系統(tǒng)梳理"小兒情志"與"肝常有余"理論的形成源流與主要文獻(xiàn),結(jié)合小兒生理病理特點(diǎn)與生長(zhǎng)成長(zhǎng)因素影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)驚恐、郁怒等負(fù)性情緒是小兒情志異常的主要病因。伴隨成長(zhǎng),郁怒成為青少期不良情志的主要誘因。總結(jié)小兒"肝常有余"理論的不斷發(fā)展過程,表明肝常有余是小兒情志變化的病理生理基礎(chǔ),從肝論治小兒情志異常成為重要病機(jī)。
[Abstract]:By systematically combing the origin and main literature of the theories of "Pediatric emotion" and "liver always surplus", combined with the physiological and pathological characteristics of children and the influence of growth and growth factors, the authors found that panic occurred. Negative emotions such as depression and anger are the main cause of abnormal emotion in children. With growing up, depression and anger become the main inducements of bad emotions in the young and young period. This paper summarizes the continuous development of the theory of "excess of liver" in children. It is suggested that the excess of liver is the pathophysiological basis of the change of children's emotion, and it is an important pathogenesis to treat the abnormal emotion of children from the viewpoint of liver.
