【摘要】：旨在回顧各種不同干預(yù)方法對腦癱患兒生命質(zhì)量的影響,本文從身體訓(xùn)練、藥物治療和/或手術(shù)治療、行為訓(xùn)練以及綜合康復(fù)訓(xùn)練四個方面對相關(guān)研究進行綜述。本文研究結(jié)果表明綜合運用各種治療手段替代傳統(tǒng)單一的治療方法是當(dāng)今腦癱患兒臨床干預(yù)的發(fā)展趨勢。然而,從生命質(zhì)量視角判定現(xiàn)有干預(yù)方法有效性尚未得到一致結(jié)果,研發(fā)有效的、統(tǒng)一的測評工具,開展嚴謹?shù)呐R床實踐研究是未來該領(lǐng)域的研究方向,深入研究腦癱患兒生命質(zhì)量可指導(dǎo)臨床干預(yù)措施的選擇。
[Abstract]:To review the effects of different interventions on the quality of life in children with cerebral palsy, this paper focuses on physical training, drug therapy and / or surgical treatment. Behavioral training and comprehensive rehabilitation training were reviewed in four aspects. The results of this study show that the comprehensive use of various treatment methods to replace the traditional single treatment is the development trend of clinical intervention in children with cerebral palsy. Judging the effectiveness of existing intervention methods from the point of view of quality of life has not yet obtained a consistent result. It is the future research direction of this field to develop effective and unified evaluation tools and to carry out rigorous clinical practice research. Further study on the quality of life in children with cerebral palsy can guide the choice of clinical intervention measures.
