【摘要】：正兒科臨床研究是獲得兒童用藥安全資料的最有效途徑~([1,2])。因機(jī)體代謝在不同年齡段兒童中具有多態(tài)性,與成人相比,將同一治療方法用于不同年齡段的兒童時(shí),疼痛、不適等不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生的概率與強(qiáng)度亦會(huì)有所不同,且大多明顯大于成人~([3])。因此,兒科臨床研究更應(yīng)重視研究的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和受益的平衡。近年來,國家不斷提高對(duì)兒科臨床研究的重視和支持,優(yōu)先支持研發(fā)兒童藥品,修訂兒童用藥說明書~([3,4])。而這意味
[Abstract]:The clinical study of Zhengpaediatrics is the most effective way to obtain the safety information of drug use in children ([1] / 2] .Because the metabolism of the body is polymorphic in children of different ages, compared with adults, the same treatment method has pain in children of different ages. The probability and intensity of adverse reactions such as discomfort are also different, and most of them are significantly larger than those of adults ([3]). Therefore, pediatric clinical research should pay more attention to the balance of risk and benefit in recent years. The state has continuously increased its attention and support for clinical research in pediatrics, giving priority to the development of children's medicines and revising the instructions for children's drug use ([3n4] / [3n4] /).
