農(nóng)村貧困地區(qū)小學(xué)生營(yíng)養(yǎng)知識(shí)現(xiàn)狀

【摘要】:目的了解農(nóng)村貧困地區(qū)小學(xué)生對(duì)營(yíng)養(yǎng)知識(shí)知曉情況,為農(nóng)村貧困地區(qū)小學(xué)生營(yíng)養(yǎng)改善及營(yíng)養(yǎng)知識(shí)干預(yù)提供依據(jù)。方法采用多階段整群抽樣方法,抽取河北平泉縣、湖北五峰縣、云南隆陽區(qū)、湖南平江縣、吉林敦化市5個(gè)縣區(qū)二~六年級(jí)2 939名小學(xué)生。采用自行設(shè)計(jì)的調(diào)查表,收集學(xué)生基本信息和營(yíng)養(yǎng)知識(shí)相關(guān)信息。結(jié)果學(xué)生各項(xiàng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)知識(shí)知曉率為21.4%~97.4%,其中對(duì)營(yíng)養(yǎng)早餐的食物組成認(rèn)知率最低,為21.4%,而合理選擇零食的(97.4%)正答率最高。住宿生多數(shù)知識(shí)點(diǎn)的正答率高于走讀生(P值均0.01);父母都沒有外出打工或僅父親外出打工學(xué)生的正答率高于父母都外出打工或母親外出打工的學(xué)生(P值均0.01)。各個(gè)知識(shí)點(diǎn)的正答率隨著年級(jí)的升高而升高,且地區(qū)間差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.01)。高年級(jí)學(xué)生營(yíng)養(yǎng)知識(shí)平均得分為(6.03±1.75)分,不同年級(jí)、地區(qū)、是否住宿和父母是否外出打工學(xué)生間營(yíng)養(yǎng)知識(shí)得分差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.01)。結(jié)論農(nóng)村貧困地區(qū)小學(xué)生營(yíng)養(yǎng)知識(shí)水平較低。應(yīng)積極開展?fàn)I養(yǎng)知識(shí)宣教,提高小學(xué)生營(yíng)養(yǎng)知識(shí)水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge of nutritional knowledge among pupils in rural poor areas, and to provide the basis for nutritional improvement and intervention of primary school students in rural poor areas. Methods Multi-stage cluster sampling was used to sample Pingquan County in Hebei Province and Wufeng County in Hubei Province. 2,939 pupils in Grade 2 ~ 6 of 5 counties and districts in Longyang District, Hunan Province, Pingjiang County, Hunan Province, and Dunhua City, Jilin Province. A self-designed questionnaire was used. Results the awareness rate of nutritional knowledge among students was 21.4and 97.4%, among which the rate of cognition about the food composition of nutritious breakfast was the lowest. The positive answer rate of the students living in most knowledge points was higher than that of the walk-in students (P = 0.01); the positive answer rate of students whose parents did not go out to work or whose father only went out to work was higher than that of the students whose parents did not go out to work or whose father only went out to work. The positive answer rate of each knowledge point increased with the increase of grade. The average score of nutritional knowledge of senior students was 6.03 鹵1.75. There were statistically significant differences in the scores of nutritional knowledge between students living in accommodation and parents working outside the country (P < 0.01). Conclusion the level of nutritional knowledge of primary school students in poor rural areas is relatively low. It is necessary to actively carry out nutrition knowledge education. Improve the nutritional knowledge of primary school students.
