【摘要】：目的探討血漿白細(xì)胞抗原G(HLA-G)及白細(xì)胞介素10(IL-10)水平診斷傳染性單核細(xì)胞增多癥的價值。方法選擇62例傳染性單核細(xì)胞增多癥患兒為觀察組,60例健康兒童為對照組。采用ELISA法檢測兩組血漿HLA-G、IL-10水平;采用直線相關(guān)分析法分析觀察組血漿HLA-G與IL-10的相關(guān)性;繪制血漿HLA-G、IL-10水平及二者聯(lián)合檢測診斷傳染性單核細(xì)胞增多癥的受試者工作曲線(ROC曲線),比較其曲線下面積,計算血漿HLA-G、IL-10水平及二者聯(lián)合檢測診斷傳染性單核細(xì)胞增多癥的效能。結(jié)果觀察組、對照組血漿HLA-G水平分別為(32.32±10.87)、(6.55±3.24)U/mL,IL-10水平分別為(94.17±15.52)、(13.31±7.66)pg/mL。觀察組血漿HLA-G、IL-10水平均高于對照組(P均0.05)。直線相關(guān)分析結(jié)果顯示,觀察組血漿HLA-G水平與IL-10水平呈正相關(guān)(r=0.497,P0.05)。血漿HLA-G、血漿IL-10及二者聯(lián)合檢測診斷傳染性單核細(xì)胞增多癥的ROC曲線下面積分別為0.701、0.622、0.870。約登指數(shù)最大時血漿HLA-G、IL-10水平(截斷值)分別為10.6 U/mL、25.7pg/mL,此時血漿HLA-G水平診斷傳染性單核細(xì)胞增多癥的靈敏度為0.665、特異度為0.703;血漿IL-10水平分別為0.626、0.612,二者聯(lián)合檢測分別為0.851、0.834。二者聯(lián)合檢測診斷傳染性單核細(xì)胞增多癥的ROC曲線下面積、靈敏度、特異度均高于HLA-G、IL-10單項檢測(P均0.05)。結(jié)論血漿HLA-G、IL-10水平均可用于傳染性單核細(xì)胞增多癥的診斷;二者聯(lián)合檢測的診斷效能優(yōu)于單項檢測。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the diagnostic value of plasma leucocyte antigen (GG) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) levels in the diagnosis of infectious mononucleosis. Methods Sixty-two children with infectious mononucleosis were selected as control group (n = 60) and control group (n = 60). The levels of HLA-GML-10 in plasma of the two groups were detected by ELISA method. The correlation between plasma HLA-G and IL-10 was analyzed by linear correlation analysis, the plasma HLA-Gtin-IL-10 level was drawn and the operating curve of the two groups for the diagnosis of infectious mononucleosis was measured, and the area under the curve was compared. To calculate the plasma HLA-Gtin-10 level and the efficacy of the two methods in the diagnosis of infectious mononucleosis. The plasma levels of HLA-G in the control group were 32.32 鹵10.87 渭 g / mL, 6.55 鹵3.24 渭 g / mL-1, respectively. The plasma levels of HLA-GIL-10 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the levels of IL-10 in the plasma of the control group were higher than those in the control group (P = 0.05), and the levels of IL-10 in the plasma of the control group were 94.17 鹵15.52 鹵15.52 鹵7.66 g / mL, respectively. There was a positive correlation between plasma HLA-G level and IL-10 level in the observation group. The plasma HLA-Gand the area under the ROC curve of plasma IL-10 and their combined detection in the diagnosis of infectious mononucleosis were 0.701 ~ 0.62222 ~ 0.870, respectively. The plasma HLA-GG IL-10 level (truncation value) was the highest in the Yorden index. The sensitivity and specificity of plasma HLA-G level in diagnosis of infectious mononucleosis were 0.665 and 0.703, respectively, and the plasma IL-10 levels were 0.626 ~ 0.612 and 0.885 ~ 0.834, respectively. The area under the ROC curve, The sensitivity and specificity were higher than that of HLA-GG IL-10 single detection (P < 0.05). Conclusion the plasma HLA-GG IL-10 level can be used in the diagnosis of infectious mononucleosis, and the diagnostic efficacy of the combined detection is better than that of single detection.
