【摘要】：白血病是兒童最常見的惡性腫瘤,也是嚴(yán)重威脅兒童生命和健康的疾病之一,在兒童白血病中以急性淋巴細(xì)胞性白血病的發(fā)病率最高�；熥鳛榘籽≈委煹闹匾椒ㄖ�,在發(fā)揮治療作用的同時(shí),也帶來(lái)了嚴(yán)重的生理、心理反應(yīng)等副作用。本研究通過觀察對(duì)白血病患兒在化療期間分組實(shí)施支持性音樂想象方法或者現(xiàn)場(chǎng)演唱方法后,白細(xì)胞數(shù)量和血小板數(shù)量等血象指標(biāo)的改變,以及焦慮程度、疼痛程度的變化,來(lái)研究音樂治療對(duì)化療期白血病患兒身心狀態(tài)的積極影響。 研究結(jié)果顯示了,在化療期間,接受音樂治療的前兩組患兒與未接受音樂治療的對(duì)照組患兒相比,焦慮感、疼痛感明顯降低；在整個(gè)化療過程中,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)演唱組的焦慮程度、疼痛程度要明顯低于音樂想象組。在一個(gè)化療期結(jié)束后,接受支持性音樂想象干預(yù)的患兒比未接受音樂治療的患兒的白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)明顯增加,而紅細(xì)胞、血小板以及中性粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)沒有明顯增加；而接受現(xiàn)場(chǎng)演唱干預(yù)的患兒與未接受音樂治療的患兒相比,其白細(xì)胞、紅細(xì)胞、血小板以及中性粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)均沒有明顯增加。 結(jié)果提示了支持性音樂想象以及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)演唱兩種音樂治療方法具有可以顯著改善白血病患兒化療期焦慮、疼痛的傾向性,且化療過程中第二天、第三天的音樂干預(yù)更明顯。其中現(xiàn)場(chǎng)演唱的方法可能更適于住院環(huán)境下的音樂治療干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:Leukemia is the most common malignant tumor in children, and it is also one of the most serious diseases threatening the life and health of children. The incidence of acute lymphoblastic leukemia is the highest in children. Chemotherapy is one of the most important methods in the treatment of leukemia. In addition to the therapeutic effect, it also brings serious side effects, such as physiological and psychological reactions. After the children with leukemia were divided into two groups during chemotherapy, they were divided into support music imagination method or live singing method. In order to study the positive effects of music therapy on the physical and mental state of children with leukemia during chemotherapy, the changes of white blood cell count and platelet count, as well as the changes of anxiety degree and pain degree, were studied. The results showed that, during chemotherapy, the first two groups of children who received music therapy had significantly lower feelings of anxiety and pain than those of the control group without music treatment; during the whole course of chemotherapy, the degree of anxiety in the live singing group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The pain level was significantly lower than that in the musical imagination group. After the end of a chemotherapy period, the white blood cell count of the children receiving supportive musical imagination intervention was significantly higher than that of the children without music therapy, while the red blood cells. The counts of platelet and neutrophil were not significantly increased, but the white blood cells, erythrocytes, platelets and neutrophils were not significantly increased in the children who received live singing intervention compared with those without music therapy. The results suggest that supportive music imagination and live singing can significantly improve the tendency of anxiety and pain in children with leukemia during chemotherapy, and the second day of chemotherapy. The music intervention on the third day was more obvious, and the method of live singing might be more suitable for the music therapy intervention in the hospitalized environment.
