【摘要】：目的:探討兒童節(jié)細(xì)胞神經(jīng)瘤的CT、MRI特征,旨在提高對(duì)其認(rèn)識(shí)。方法:回顧性分析病理證實(shí)的38例兒童節(jié)細(xì)胞神經(jīng)瘤的CT、MRI資料。結(jié)果:38例患兒中男女比例為1:1.8,平均年齡6.07±2.47歲。腫瘤位于后縱隔14例(36%),腹膜后間隙14例(36%),腎上腺8例(21%),頸部及盆腔各1例。腫瘤表現(xiàn)為類圓形、邊界清晰的腫塊,平掃CT圖像顯示大部分腫瘤表現(xiàn)為均勻低密度,CT值為22~38HU(平均30.5HU);MRI掃描圖像顯示,病灶于T1WI呈等信號(hào)為主或稍低信號(hào),T2WI呈不均勻高信號(hào),增強(qiáng)掃描動(dòng)脈期病灶以不強(qiáng)化為主,門脈期可見(jiàn)輕中度強(qiáng)化。結(jié)論:節(jié)細(xì)胞神經(jīng)瘤的CT及MRI表現(xiàn)具有一定的特征性,CT平掃均勻低密度,T2WI上呈不均勻高信號(hào),腫瘤增強(qiáng)掃描后動(dòng)脈期無(wú)強(qiáng)化,門脈期可見(jiàn)輕度或中度強(qiáng)化。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the CT MRI features of International Children's Day's cell neuroma. Methods: the CT MRI data of 38 cases of International Children's Day's cell neuroma confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results the ratio of male to female was 1: 1.8 in 38 children with a mean age of 6.07 鹵2.47 years. The tumor was located in the posterior mediastinum in 14 patients with retroperitoneum. There were 14 cases in the space, 8 cases in the adrenal gland, 1 case in the neck and 1 case in the pelvic cavity. On plain scan CT images showed that most of the tumors showed homogeneous low density CT value of 22 ~ 38 HUU (mean 30.5 HUU MRI). The lesions showed iso-signal on T _ 1WI or heterogeneous hyperintensity on T _ 2WI. Conclusion: the CT and MRI features of ganglioneuroma are characterized by non-enhancement in arterial phase and uneven hyperintensity on T _ 2WI on homogeneous low-density CT scan in ganglion cell neuroma. Conclusion: the CT and MRI findings of ganglion cell neuroma are characterized by non-enhancement in arterial phase and mild and moderate enhancement in portal phase. There was no enhancement in arterial phase and mild or moderate enhancement in portal phase after tumor enhancement.
