【摘要】：目的采用德爾菲(Delphi)法構(gòu)建兒童住院患者藥品不良事件(ADE)的觸發(fā)器,為臨床開展基于全面觸發(fā)工具(GTT)的ADE主動監(jiān)測提供參考。方法參考GTT白皮書和相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)中的觸發(fā)器,通過專家預(yù)調(diào)查,形成觸發(fā)器初始條目,并在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)專家咨詢問卷。選取北京、上海等省市的27名專家,采用Delphi法進(jìn)行兩輪專家咨詢,對觸發(fā)器條目進(jìn)行篩選、修改。結(jié)果問卷回收率為92.6%、100%,兩輪咨詢后專家權(quán)威程度系數(shù)(Cr)為0.81±0.05,專家意見的變異系數(shù)(CV)為0.29±0.13,專家意見的協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)(W)為0.346,經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001)。最終確定觸發(fā)器36個,包括實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)20個,解毒劑9個,臨床癥狀4個,干預(yù)措施3個。結(jié)論采用Delphi法構(gòu)建的兒童ADE觸發(fā)器合理可行,為GTT法的實(shí)施奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Using Delphy (Delphi) was constructed with adverse drug events in hospitalized children (ADE) trigger for clinical comprehensive trigger tool based on (GTT) ADE active monitoring to provide reference. The reference to GTT white paper and related literature in pre flop, through expert investigation, the formation of the initial trigger entry, and then design expert consultation questionnaire based on the selection of 27 experts. Beijing, Shanghai and other provinces and cities, carried out two rounds of expert consultation by using Delphi method, the trigger items were screened. The results of the questionnaire to modify the rate of recovery was 92.6%, 100%, the two round of consultation after the expert authority coefficient (Cr) was 0.81 + 0.05, the coefficient of variation (CV) for expert advice 0.29 + 0.13, the coordination coefficient of expert opinion (W) is 0.346, which is proved to have statistical significance (P0.001). The final trigger 36, including laboratory index 20, 9 clinical symptoms of 4 antidotes, and intervention measures 3 Conclusion the ADE trigger of children constructed by Delphi is reasonable and feasible, which lays the foundation for the implementation of the GTT method.
