【摘要】：目的探討普通與重癥手足口病患兒外周血腦微血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞(BMEC)計(jì)數(shù)的變化及意義。方法選取8例重癥手足口病患兒(重癥組),15例普通手足口病患兒(普通組)以及14例非神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)損傷兒童(對(duì)照組)進(jìn)行分組對(duì)照研究,應(yīng)用免疫磁珠吸附法分離外周血中BMEC,行免疫熒光染色并計(jì)數(shù)細(xì)胞,分析各組患兒外周血BMEC的含量,并分別分析BMEC計(jì)數(shù)與血液中C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)濃度和白細(xì)胞(WBC)含量的關(guān)系。結(jié)果成功分離出患兒BMEC,其中重癥組BMEC、CRP、WBC含量均高于普通組和對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(F=22.982、5.290、10.631,P0.01)。BMEC含量與WBC含量呈正相關(guān)(r=0.921,P0.05)。結(jié)論重癥手足口病患兒外周血BMEC計(jì)數(shù)顯著高于普通手足口病患兒,外周血BMEC計(jì)數(shù)有望成為早期診斷重癥手足口病的新方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the common and severe hand foot mouth disease in peripheral blood of children with cerebral microvascular endothelial cells (BMEC) changes and significance of counting. Methods 8 cases of severe HFMD patients (severe group), 15 cases of common HFMD patients (normal group) and 14 cases of non nervous system damage in children (control group) were control study group, using immunomagnetic beads adsorption separation of peripheral blood BMEC, immunofluorescence staining and cell counting, analysis of the content of each group in peripheral blood of children with BMEC, were analyzed and BMEC count and blood C reactive protein (CRP) concentration and white blood cell (WBC) content. The results were successfully isolated BMEC, one of the severe group of BMEC, CRP, WBC content were higher than the normal group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant (F=22.982,5.290,10.631, P0.01).BMEC content correlated positively with the content of WBC (r=0.921, P0.05). Conclusion severe HFMD patients peripheral blood BMEC count. The BMEC count in peripheral blood is expected to be a new method for early diagnosis of severe hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in children with higher than normal hand foot and mouth disease.
