【摘要】：目的：觀察輔助以拔罐走罐療法對(duì)治療小兒肺炎喘嗽后期肺部羅音吸收緩慢狀況的臨床療效，并作進(jìn)一步的研究和分析。 方法：依據(jù)病情、癥狀、體征及相關(guān)理化檢查等，在我院門診和療區(qū)選取符合拔罐療法納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例肺炎喘嗽的患兒，將病例采取隨機(jī)對(duì)照的原則分為兩組，分別30例，治療組給予西醫(yī)對(duì)癥治療加口服中藥辨證施治，在中西藥常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上，輔助以拔罐走罐療法，每隔一日拔罐1次，7天為1療程，觀察其療效；對(duì)照組只是采用西醫(yī)對(duì)癥治療和口服中藥辨證施治，將兩組療效進(jìn)行比較對(duì)照，發(fā)現(xiàn)肺炎中后期輔助拔罐走罐治療明顯優(yōu)于單純常規(guī)中西藥治療，并將兩組患者治療前后的癥狀、體征、X線片及臨床痊愈所需時(shí)間等等指標(biāo)積分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)情況進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理分析。 結(jié)果：經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)計(jì)算治療組（拔罐輔助治療小兒肺炎喘嗽）治愈率為76.7％、總有效率為96.7%，對(duì)照組治愈率為30％、總有效率為83.3％，拔罐組達(dá)標(biāo)時(shí)間(6.03±2.723天)，對(duì)照組達(dá)標(biāo)時(shí)間(9.80±3.809天)，拔罐走罐組治愈率和總有效率明顯高于對(duì)照組，兩組比較(P值小于0.05)具有顯著差異，符合統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)的意義。 結(jié)論：最終顯示輔助以中醫(yī)傳統(tǒng)特色之拔罐走罐療法對(duì)治療小兒肺炎后期羅音消失緩慢的臨床療效優(yōu)于單存中西藥常規(guī)治療，，拔罐改善了小兒肺炎的臨床療效，促進(jìn)了病情康復(fù)，縮短了疾病療程，提高了免疫力。拔罐走罐是一種綠色療法，行之簡便有效、安全、無痛苦，值得臨床大力推廣和應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of cupping and cupping therapy in the treatment of slow absorption of rales in children with pneumonia at the late stage of asthma and cough and to make further study and analysis. Methods: according to the condition, symptoms, signs and related physical and chemical examinations, 60 cases of pneumonia asthma and cough were selected in our outpatient clinic and treatment area. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases, respectively, according to the criteria of cupping therapy. The treatment group was treated with western medicine combined with oral Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation. On the basis of routine treatment of Chinese and western medicine, cupping therapy was assisted by cupping and cupping every 7 days every 1st for a course of treatment, and the curative effect was observed. The control group was only treated with western medicine and oral Chinese medicine differentiation of symptoms and signs. The curative effects of the two groups were compared and compared. It was found that the treatment of assistant cupping and cupping in the middle and late stages of pneumonia was obviously superior to that of traditional Chinese and western medicine alone. The symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients before and after treatment, X-ray film and clinical recovery time and other indicators of integral data were statistically analyzed. Results: the cure rate of treatment group (cupping and adjuvant treatment of pediatric pneumonia asthma cough) was 76.7 and the total effective rate was 96.70.The cure rate of control group was 300.The total effective rate was 83.30.The time of reaching the standard of cupping group was 6.03 鹵2.723 days, and that of control group was 9.80 鹵3.809. The cure rate and total effective rate of the cupping group were significantly higher than those of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05), which was in accordance with the statistical significance. Conclusion: finally, the clinical effect of cupping and cupping assisted by traditional Chinese medicine is superior to that of single Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of infantile pneumonia. Cupping can improve the clinical effect of infantile pneumonia. Cupping and cupping is a kind of green therapy, which is simple, effective, safe and painless. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
