針灸是古代中國的醫(yī)療精粹,用于治療各種疾病和癥狀長達2000多年。針灸目前已經(jīng)在全世界范圍內(nèi)廣泛流行,許多對傳統(tǒng)療法耐受的疾病,運用針灸進行治療,取得了顯著效果。同時針灸克服了藥物療法的副作用。針灸吸引了大量的基礎(chǔ)研究者觀察其對人和動物的鎮(zhèn)痛效果,并研究這種神奇療效背后的機制。針灸為治療疼痛提供了一種顯著又安全的方法,這使得針灸在獸醫(yī)中快速發(fā)展。美國動物醫(yī)院協(xié)會和美國貓科動物從業(yè)者協(xié)會聯(lián)合發(fā)布了犬貓?zhí)弁垂芾淼臈l例,該條例指出,越來越多有力的證據(jù)表明針灸療法已成為獸醫(yī)普遍接受的治療疼痛性疾病的方式。1.電針結(jié)合肌肉注射右旋美托咪啶鎮(zhèn)痛對山羊生理生化的影響。試驗目的:研究電針結(jié)合右旋美托咪啶對山羊鎮(zhèn)痛效果及對生理生化的影響。試驗動物:30只雜交健康雌性山羊。試驗方法:山羊隨機分成5組:電針組,兩種劑量的右旋美托咪啶(5和20μg/kg, IM),電針加右旋美托咪啶(5μg/kg,IM)和對照組(0.9%NaCl,IM)。檢測痛閾、心肺功能、直腸溫度和血液及生化指標。試驗結(jié)果:右旋美托咪啶(20μ/kg)可以提高山羊痛閾、降低心律、呼吸頻率和指腸溫度。與電針組30min后和右旋美托咪啶組(5...
