德克薩斯側(cè)孢短芽孢桿菌培養(yǎng)物對(duì)沙門氏菌感染肉雞的保護(hù)作用研究

沙門氏菌是家禽生產(chǎn)中常見的致病菌,對(duì)肉雞健康危害極大。沙門氏菌感染已經(jīng)成為后抗生素時(shí)代肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨的重大挑戰(zhàn)。本文的目的是研究德克薩斯側(cè)孢短芽孢桿菌培養(yǎng)物(BT)對(duì)沙門氏菌攻毒肉雞生長(zhǎng)、免疫和血液生化指標(biāo)的影響,并考察德克薩斯側(cè)孢短芽孢桿菌培養(yǎng)物是否具有作為益生菌飼料添加劑的潛力。試驗(yàn)將300只1日齡雄性AA肉雞隨機(jī)分為5個(gè)處理組,每個(gè)處理設(shè)6個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)10只雞。處理組包括正對(duì)照(PC,不攻毒并飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧),負(fù)對(duì)照組(NC,攻毒雞白痢沙門氏菌并飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧),抗生素組(AGP,攻毒雞白痢沙門氏菌并飼喂含10 mg/kg吉他霉素抗生素促生長(zhǎng)劑的基礎(chǔ)飼糧),50 mg/kg BT組(BT50,攻毒雞白痢沙門氏菌并飼喂含50 mg/kg BT的基礎(chǔ)飼糧)和100 mg/kg BT組(BT100,雞白痢沙門氏菌攻毒并飼喂含100 mg/kg BT的基礎(chǔ)飼糧)。攻毒組于7日齡和8日齡分別經(jīng)口灌注雞白痢沙門氏菌菌液一次。42天的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,生長(zhǎng)前期沙門氏菌感染顯著減慢了肉雞的生長(zhǎng)速度,添加AGP和100 mg/kg BT可以部分彌補(bǔ)沙門氏菌的不良影響。但在生長(zhǎng)后期,沙門氏菌、AGP和BT...
