家雞和紅原雞的血液寄生蟲和遺傳多樣性比較

以往研究表明,在鳥類,在大多數(shù)情況下,雄鳥比雌鳥更容易感染寄生蟲。但關(guān)于不同羽色的鳥類、鳥類在繁殖季節(jié)和非繁殖季節(jié)的寄生蟲的感染性研究,結(jié)果卻很不一致。一些研究表明,鳥類羽色與寄生蟲感染率相關(guān),同時(shí)隨季節(jié)變化而不同;而一些研究則沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)這種相關(guān)性。但有關(guān)家雞(Gallus gallus domesticus)和野生紅原雞((G.gallus)對(duì)寄生蟲,尤其是血液寄生蟲的感染性的比較,尚未見有報(bào)道。因此,我們于2016-2019年,對(duì)家雞、馴養(yǎng)原雞和分布在海南島的野生紅原雞的血液寄生蟲和遺傳多樣性進(jìn)行了比較。首先,一共采集了297只家雞的血樣,發(fā)現(xiàn)234只感染血孢子蟲(78.5%)。139只雄鳥中,118只感染血液孢子蟲(84.8%);158只雌鳥中,116只感染(73.4%)。雌、雄鳥在體重和血液寄生蟲的感染率方面具有顯著差異,雄鳥高于雌鳥。在家雞體色方面,紅色家雞的身體指標(biāo)參數(shù)顯著優(yōu)于其他體色的家雞(黑色、黃色、黑黃色和白色)。血液孢子蟲的感染率在白色和紅色的家雞中最高,盡管不同顏色家雞群的血液孢子蟲感染率比較沒有達(dá)到顯著性水平。此外,血液孢子蟲的感染率在鳥類繁殖季顯著高于非繁殖季。...
