候選基因多態(tài)性與肉雞生長,采食量和飼料轉(zhuǎn)比率的關(guān)聯(lián)分析

鳥類的生長、采食量與飼料轉(zhuǎn)化率受多種遺傳因素的影響。本研究在9個與體重(BW)、體增重(BWG)、采食量(FI)和飼料轉(zhuǎn)化率(FCR)相關(guān)的候選基因(LEPR,PRKAB1,PRKAG2, PRKAG3,MTOR,PDPK1,NPY6R,INS與GH1)中選取了49個SNP,對來自兩個品系(N202和N301)的共796只已知系譜的雄性黃羽肉雞進行基因型檢測,其中22個SNP通過了基因型質(zhì)量控制。另外,本試驗分別測量了個體的49日齡(BW49)和70日齡(BW70)的體重,以及49至70日齡之間的采食量。體增重和飼料轉(zhuǎn)化率通過49至70日齡之間的體重與采食量計算得出。SNP位點與表型性狀的關(guān)聯(lián)分析結(jié)果如下:1.對于LEPR,結(jié)果表明rs14657368與兩個品系中的體增重和飼料轉(zhuǎn)化率都存在顯著相關(guān)(P<0.05),rs13684613和rs14657336與兩品系中的采食量均存在顯著相關(guān)(P<0.05)。兩品系中顯著相關(guān)表現(xiàn)出的一致性,證實了這一結(jié)果。雖然rs13684616與兩品系的采食量均存在相關(guān)(P<0.05),但是卻具有相反的基因效應(yīng)。而某些SNP-性狀關(guān)聯(lián)只...
