日糧L-精氨酸添加水平對肉仔雞生長性能、腹脂率、脂質(zhì)代謝的影響

本試驗(yàn)旨在評估日糧中添加不同水平L-精氨酸(L-Arg)對21-42日齡肉雞生長性能、血脂、腹脂率、肌內(nèi)脂肪和脂質(zhì)代謝相關(guān)基因表達(dá)的影響。試驗(yàn)一,從256只21日齡的AA肉雞中選取192只,隨機(jī)分為四個(gè)處理組,每個(gè)處理組8重復(fù),每重復(fù)6只雞,試驗(yàn)期21天。對照組飼喂含低能水平(ME=12.48MJ/kg)的基礎(chǔ)日糧,處理組分別在基礎(chǔ)日糧中添加0.25%、0.50%和1.00%的L-精氨酸。結(jié)果表明:與對照組相比,在低能日糧中添加L-精氨酸對生長性能、腹部脂肪含量、肌內(nèi)脂肪百分比、血漿甘油三酯、總膽固醇、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇和甲狀腺激素濃度無顯著影響;而血漿低密度脂蛋白膽固醇顯著降低,其中,添加0.25%L-精氨酸時(shí)降低程度最大。試驗(yàn)分為4個(gè)處理,每處理8重復(fù),每重復(fù)6只,分別向同一基礎(chǔ)日糧中添加0(對照組),0.25%,0.50%和1.00%L-Arg。結(jié)果表明,飼糧中添加L-Arg對肉雞平均日增重、日均采食量和飼料轉(zhuǎn)化率無顯著影響。飼糧中添加L-Arg不影響腹脂率、肌間脂肪百分率、血漿甘油三酯、總膽固醇、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇、甲狀腺激素水平和肝臟甲狀腺激素敏感性spotl4a mRNA的...
