發(fā)酵臍橙粕對番鴨生長性能、屠宰性能、肌肉氨基酸含量及血清生化指標(biāo)的影響

  本試驗(yàn)旨在研究發(fā)酵臍橙粕對番鴨生長性能、屠宰性能和各臟器指數(shù)、肌肉氨基酸含量、血清生化指標(biāo)及鴨糞常規(guī)成分含量的影響。利用復(fù)合菌劑發(fā)酵臍橙粕并對其進(jìn)行營養(yǎng)成分分析,選取15日齡的公番鴨360只,隨機(jī)分為4組(每組6個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)15只),對照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,Ⅰ組飼喂90%基礎(chǔ)飼糧+10%發(fā)酵臍橙粕,Ⅱ組飼喂85%基礎(chǔ)飼糧+15%發(fā)酵臍橙粕,Ⅲ組飼喂80%基礎(chǔ)飼糧+20%發(fā)酵臍橙粕,預(yù)試期7 d,正試期48 d。結(jié)果表明:1)臍橙粕發(fā)酵后的粗蛋白質(zhì)含量極顯著提高(P<0.01),粗脂肪、粗纖維及粗灰分含量顯著下降(P<0.05),營養(yǎng)價(jià)值得到提升。2)Ⅰ組的平均日增重和料重比顯著高于對照組與Ⅱ、Ⅲ組(P<0.05)。3)Ⅰ組肌肉天門冬氨酸、谷氨酸、精氨酸、甘氨酸、蘇氨酸、脯氨酸、丙氨酸、纈氨酸、蛋氨酸、胱氨酸、異亮氨酸、亮氨酸、賴氨酸含量、鮮味氨基酸總量及18種氨基酸的總量均顯著高于對照組(P<0.05)。4)Ⅱ組血清丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶活性及尿素、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇含量均顯著高于對照組(P<0.05)。5)Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ組鴨糞的總氮、磷、鉀、水分含量均顯著或極顯著...
