以玉米秸稈為粗料的綿羊日糧中添加多聚包被尿素以及膨潤土的影響

本試驗旨在研究以玉米秸稈為粗料的綿羊日糧中添加多聚物包被尿素以及膨潤土對綿羊生產(chǎn)性能的影響。試驗一:采用4只裝有瘤胃瘺管的杜泊×小尾寒羊雜交羯羊,按照4×4拉丁方試驗,研究以玉米秸稈為主的粗料型日糧中添加多聚物包被尿素(Optigen Ⅱ)以及膨潤土對綿羊采食量、營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)消化率、氮沉積、瘤胃發(fā)酵以及微生物蛋白質(zhì)合成量的影響。試驗羊只單欄獨飼,每期試驗持續(xù)24天,包括14天的適應(yīng)期以及10天的采樣期(第l到5天進行消化代謝試驗,第6天羊只休息,第7天采瘤胃液,第8到10天進行尼龍袋試驗),消化代謝試驗開始前4天將試驗羊只上代謝籠進行環(huán)境適應(yīng)。試驗設(shè)計了4種等氮等能日糧,均含60%玉米秸稈和40%精料(干物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ))。各處理間精料組成均不同:對照組(CON)包含大麥、麩皮和豆粕;多聚物包被尿素(PCU)組包含大麥、麩皮、玉米和Optigen;豆粕添加組(SB)在CON基礎(chǔ)上額外補充2%的豆粕;多聚包被尿素-豆粕組(PCUSB)在PCU基礎(chǔ)上額外補充2%的豆粕。試驗數(shù)據(jù)按4×4拉丁方數(shù)據(jù),使用SAS的MIXED模型(SAS,1999)進行方差分析。試驗結(jié)果表明,PCU組的有機物(OM)表觀消化...
