微生態(tài)制劑對犢牦牛瘤胃發(fā)酵和免疫力的影響

【摘要】:旨在探討微生態(tài)制劑對青海犢牦牛瘤胃發(fā)酵和免疫力的影響,以期為微生態(tài)制劑在青海牦牛養(yǎng)殖生產(chǎn)中的推廣應(yīng)用提供參考依據(jù)。將45只青海犢牦牛隨機(jī)分成3組(對照組、試驗(yàn)Ⅰ組、試驗(yàn)Ⅱ組),分別在精飼料中添加0、0.5、1.0 g/kg的微生態(tài)制劑,測定各處理組試驗(yàn)牛日增重等生長性能指標(biāo)和瘤胃液中pH值、氨態(tài)氮濃度、揮發(fā)性脂肪酸濃度等瘤胃發(fā)酵指標(biāo),以及免疫球蛋白含量、細(xì)胞因子含量等免疫力指標(biāo)。結(jié)果顯示:試驗(yàn)Ⅰ組、Ⅱ組與對照組相比,平均日增重、氨態(tài)氮、乙酸、丁酸、總揮發(fā)性脂肪酸、IgG、IgA、IL-2、IFN-γ含量均顯著提高(P0.05);試驗(yàn)Ⅱ組與試驗(yàn)Ⅰ組相比,平均日增重、IgG、IL-2、IFN-γ含量均顯著提高(P0.05)。結(jié)果提示添加0.5 g/kg和1.0 g/kg微生態(tài)制劑均能顯著提高青海犢牦牛的增重、瘤胃發(fā)酵和免疫力,提高牦牛養(yǎng)殖經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
