【摘要】：酵母培養(yǎng)物是一種集營養(yǎng)和保健為一體的飼料添加劑,在畜牧生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)用廣泛。從土壤樣品中分離純化得到1株生物量較高的酵母菌BLNJ03,經(jīng)16S r DNA鑒定為一株釀酒酵母。采用單因素和正交試驗確定菌株BLNJ03的最佳發(fā)酵條件為:以液體深層發(fā)酵20 h菌株作種子液,固體發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基為麩皮90%、玉米面3%、豆粕7%,料水比1∶0.7,初始p H值7.0,接種量6%,30℃有氧發(fā)酵48 h后厭氧發(fā)酵96 h。液體深層發(fā)酵與固體發(fā)酵相結(jié)合的兩步兩態(tài)法,好氧發(fā)酵與厭氧發(fā)酵相繼進(jìn)行,得到高活菌數(shù)、高營養(yǎng)成分及高消化率的酵母培養(yǎng)物。
