新疆青格達(dá)湖濕地鳥類中H5、H7亞型AIV和NDV流行病學(xué)監(jiān)測

【摘要】:為了解新疆青格達(dá)湖濕地野鳥攜帶禽流感病毒(AIV)和新城疫病毒(NDV)情況,對青格達(dá)湖濕地鳥類進(jìn)行了血樣和喉肛棉拭子、組織、糞便樣品采集。采用RT-PCR試驗(yàn)對喉肛棉拭子、組織、糞便樣品進(jìn)行了病原學(xué)檢測,采用血凝(HA)和血凝抑制(HI)試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行禽流感和新城疫血清抗體的檢測,結(jié)果均為陰性。結(jié)果表明:所檢測的樣品并未攜帶AIV(H5、H7亞型)和NDV。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the situation of avian influenza virus (AIV) and Newcastle disease virus (NDV) carried by wild birds in Qinggeda Lake wetland in Xinjiang, blood samples, throat and anus cotton swabs, tissue and fecal samples were collected from birds in Qinggeda Lake wetland. RT-PCR test was used to detect the etiology of throat and anus cotton swabs, tissues and feces. The serum antibodies of avian influenza and Newcastle disease were detected by hemagglutination (HA) and hemagglutination inhibition (HI) test, and the results were negative. The results showed that the samples did not carry AIV (H5, H7 subtypes) and NDV..
