高效連續(xù)真空低溫式魚粉干燥設(shè)備的研究
[Abstract]:The fish meal is rich in nutrition and is an integral part of the water-producing feed. The high-quality fish meal product is obtained by adopting a vacuum low-temperature drying to lower the boiling point of the water and effectively avoiding the oxidation degree of the high-temperature to the protein. In this paper, the high-efficiency continuous low-temperature vacuum drying equipment is studied, the drying process of vacuum drying equipment is determined, the key technology of the vacuum equipment is designed, and the vacuum environment required in the vacuum drying process is guaranteed. According to the production condition of fish meal and the working condition of the environment, the structure research and design of the vacuum drying machine of the vacuum drying equipment are given. In addition, the main shaft of the vacuum dryer was subjected to thermal stress analysis. The key problem of vacuum drying is to solve the sealing problem. This paper studies the two aspects of the auxiliary equipment and the local structure of the dryer from the vacuum inlet and outlet. On the one hand, by studying the feeding and discharging process, the sealing device such as a vacuum inlet and outlet machine, a sealing auger, an off fan and the like is researched, the outside air is isolated when the fish meal is in and out of the material, and the vacuum state is ensured; on the other hand, the sealing structure design between the main shaft and the dryer cylinder body is carried out, So as to ensure that the inside of the dryer barrel reaches and maintains the vacuum state of the production requirement during operation. according to the design basic parameters, the total heat transfer area required by the vacuum dryer to finish the production task is calculated through the material balance calculation and the heat balance calculation, the overall dimension of the equipment is preliminarily determined, and the specific structural dimension design of each component is finished according to the structural relationship among the parts, It mainly includes the design of the barrel combination, the main shaft coupling, the transmission system and the vacuum system. And the heating area is calibrated after the design of the whole structure is finished, so that the design requirement is met. In addition, according to the thermal stress calculation theory of the temperature field, the main shaft is subjected to thermal stress analysis through the patran software. Because the length of the main shaft is long, and the coil distribution is dense and regular, the main shaft part of the steam inlet end is selected to be analyzed and calculated to obtain the temperature distribution cloud image, the thermal stress cloud image and the thermal deformation cloud image of the main shaft heating coil.
