【摘要】：為建立檢測(cè)動(dòng)物性食品中倍他米松殘留的高效液相色譜法。樣品經(jīng)乙酸乙酯提取后,進(jìn)行液相色譜分析。采用Agilent C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色譜柱,流動(dòng)相為甲醇:水(60∶40,v∶v),流速為0.8mL/min,檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)為240nm,柱溫為30℃。方法的檢出限和定量限分別為0.152μg/kg和0.502μg/kg。倍他米松在0.5~32μg/mL范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.998 9;選取5種動(dòng)物源性食品進(jìn)行倍他米松的加標(biāo)回收試驗(yàn),回收率在72.73%~93.06%之間,精密度RSD為3.78%(n=6)。本方法簡(jiǎn)便、可靠、重復(fù)性好,可用于動(dòng)物性食品中倍他米松殘留的檢測(cè)。
