三江源區(qū)不同建植年限對(duì)人工草地土壤微生物功能多樣性的影響

【摘要】:明確三江源區(qū)不同建植年限人工草地土壤微生物功能多樣性的變化規(guī)律,探索高寒地區(qū)人工草地恢復(fù)措施,可以為退化高寒草甸恢復(fù)治理提供理論依據(jù)。試驗(yàn)于2014年8月在青海省果洛州選擇建植4年、8年和12年的多年生禾本科人工草地為試驗(yàn)樣地,利用常規(guī)實(shí)驗(yàn)室分析和Biolog-ECO生態(tài)板法對(duì)土壤養(yǎng)分和土壤微生物功能多樣性進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:在0~10 cm土層,土壤pH與TN含量在建植4年顯著高于其他建植年限;TK和速效養(yǎng)分含量隨建植年限增加而升高;在10~20 cm土層,土壤pH在建植4年顯著大于其他年限;TK含量在建植12年時(shí)顯著小于其他年限,AN和AK則呈現(xiàn)建植8年12年4年;AWCD值在0~10 cm土層表現(xiàn)為建植8年12年4年,而在10~20 cm土層隨建植年限的增加而增加;在0~10 cm土層,Shannon指數(shù)和Pielou指數(shù)均是建植12年顯著小于建植4年和8年;在10~20 cm土層,Mc Intosh指數(shù)表現(xiàn)出建植12年8年4年,且差異顯著,而Shannon指數(shù)和Pielou指數(shù)則表現(xiàn)出建植4年顯著小于8年和12年。主成分分析表明,氨基酸類和酯類是土壤微生物利用的主要碳源類型。冗余分析表明,有機(jī)碳、速效鉀、速效氮、全鉀和pH是影響不同建植年限人工草地土壤微生物功能多樣性和代謝活性的主要因子。不同建植年限人工草地土壤微生物功能多樣性存在差異,隨著建植年限的增加,土壤養(yǎng)分狀況、微生物群落穩(wěn)定性和生態(tài)環(huán)境得到改善。
[Abstract]:To clarify the variation of soil microbial function diversity of artificial grassland in different planting years in the source area of Sanjiang River, and to explore the restoration measures of artificial grassland in alpine region can provide theoretical basis for the restoration and control of degraded alpine meadow. In August 2014, the artificial grassland of gramineae, which was planted for 4 years, 8 years and 12 years in Guoluo Prefecture, Qinghai Province, was selected as the experimental sample plot. The soil nutrients and soil microbial functional diversity were analyzed by conventional laboratory analysis and Biolog-ECO ecological plate method.
