季節(jié)與品種對綿羊超數(shù)排卵的影響

【摘要】:綿羊超數(shù)排卵受季節(jié)、品種、激素和方案等因素的共同影響,研究這些因素并不斷總結(jié),對方案改進(jìn)和效率提高有重要意義。本論文的目的是分析季節(jié)和品種對超數(shù)排卵綿羊胚胎數(shù)量以及質(zhì)量的影響。黑薩?撕投挪垂w母羊使用CIDR孕酮栓同期發(fā)情,超數(shù)排卵試驗(yàn)均采用PMSG+7針遞減FSH法,自然交配或人工輸精,可用桑葚胚和囊胚移植給受體母羊。春季和秋季黑薩?司d羊的兩次超數(shù)排卵試驗(yàn),春季平均黃體數(shù)極顯著高于秋季(16.8±6.4和10.2±6.1枚,P0.01),但可用胚比例極顯著低于秋季(56.0%和92.5%,P0.01);春季移植的可用胚發(fā)育效率與秋季差異不顯著(33.9%和36.7%,P0.05);春季平均每只供體綿羊獲得的后代數(shù)與秋季差異不顯著(2.1±3.1和2.1±2.6只,P0.05),但后代總數(shù)/胚胎總數(shù)極顯著低于秋季(18.5%和32.8%,P0.01)。春季黑薩福克和杜泊綿羊的超數(shù)排卵試驗(yàn),平均回收胚胎數(shù)差異不顯著(11.0±7.1和14.3±6.7枚,P0.05),但黑薩?丝捎门邤(shù)顯著低于杜泊綿羊(5.1±7.3和11.3±6.3枚,P0.05),可用胚比例極顯著低于杜泊綿羊(44.3%和79.1%,P0.01);移植2枚可用胚的黑薩福克組和杜泊組產(chǎn)羔受體綿羊,可用胚發(fā)育效率無差異(75.0%和80.0%,P0.05),移植胚整體水平上的發(fā)育效率也無差異(30.9%和40.8%,P0.05);從超數(shù)排卵到胚胎移植,有后代的黑薩?撕投挪垂w綿羊,后代總數(shù)/胚胎總數(shù)無差異(24.6±13.3%和31.9±16.2%,P0.05),但對于所有供體綿羊,黑薩?撕蟠倲(shù)/胚胎總數(shù)極顯著低于杜泊綿羊(13.7%和31.0%,P0.01),黑薩福克綿羊獲得后代的幾率也顯著低于杜泊綿羊(44.7%和88.9%,P0.05)。黑薩?司d羊在春季的排卵數(shù)高于秋季,但可用胚比例低于秋季;黑薩?丝捎门邤(shù)和可用胚比例低于杜泊綿羊。因此,季節(jié)和品種對綿羊超數(shù)排卵均有影響,但不影響移植胚的發(fā)育效率。
[Abstract]:Superovulatory in sheep is affected by seasons, breeds, hormones and regimens. It is of great significance to study these factors and summarize them continuously, which is of great significance to the improvement of the scheme and the improvement of efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effects of seasons and breeds on the number and quality of superovulatory sheep embryos. Black Suffolk and Dupo donor ewes were used for estrus synchronization with CIDR progesterone suppression. superovulatory test was carried out by PMSG 7 needle decreasing FSH method, natural mating or artificial insemination, and mulberry and blastocyst could be transferred to recipient ewes. The average number of corpus in spring and autumn was significantly higher than that in autumn (16.8 鹵6.4 and 10.2 鹵6.1, P 0.01), but the proportion of available embryos was significantly lower than that in autumn (56.0% and 92.5%, P 0.01), but the development efficiency of available embryos in spring was not significantly different from that in autumn (33.9% and 36.7%, P 0.05). The average number of offspring per donor sheep in spring was not significantly different from that in autumn (2.1 鹵3.1 and 2.1 鹵2.6, P 0.05), but the total number of progenies / embryos was significantly lower than that in autumn (18.5% and 32.8%, P 0.01). There was no significant difference in the average number of embryos recovered between black Suffolk and Dupo sheep in spring (11.0 鹵7.1 and 14.3 鹵6.7, P 0.05), but the number of available embryos in black Suffolk sheep was significantly lower than that in Dupo sheep (5.1 鹵7.3 and 11.3 鹵6.3, P 0.05), and the proportion of available embryos was significantly lower than that in Dupo sheep (44.3% and 79.1%, P 0.01). There was no difference in the development efficiency of available embryos between black Suffolk group and Dupo group (75.0% and 80.0%, P 0.05), and there was no difference in the overall level of embryo transfer (30.9% and 40.8%, P 0.05). From superovulatory to embryo transfer, there was no difference in the total number of offspring / embryo between black Suffolk and Dupo donor sheep with offspring (24.6 鹵13.3% and 31.9 鹵16.2%, P 0.05), but for all donor sheep, the total number / embryo count of black Suffolk offspring was significantly lower than that of Dupo sheep (13.7% and 31.0%, P 0.01). The probability of obtaining offspring in black Suffolk sheep was also significantly lower than that in Dupo sheep (44.7% and 88.9%, P 0.05). The ovulatory number of black Suffolk sheep in spring was higher than that in autumn, but the proportion of available embryos was lower than that in autumn, and the number of available embryos and the proportion of available embryos in black Suffolk sheep were lower than those in Dupo sheep. Therefore, season and breed have effect on superovulatory number of sheep, but do not affect the development efficiency of transferred embryo.
