胎次、犢牛性別和初生重及產(chǎn)犢季節(jié)對(duì)奶牛繁殖性能的影響

【摘要】:為研究不同胎次、犢牛性別和初生重以及產(chǎn)犢季節(jié)對(duì)繁殖性能的影響,為奶牛的科學(xué)配種與產(chǎn)后護(hù)理提供參考,本研究測(cè)定了120頭荷斯坦奶牛產(chǎn)后第一次發(fā)情、配種時(shí)間、胎衣排出時(shí)間、子宮粘液評(píng)分及直腸檢查評(píng)分等繁殖性能指標(biāo),并與奶牛的胎次、犢牛性別和初生重以及產(chǎn)犢季節(jié)進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果表明,4胎及以上奶牛的產(chǎn)后第一次發(fā)情時(shí)間比前3胎要遲10~18d,其產(chǎn)后子宮粘液評(píng)分低0.59~0.79分,直腸檢查評(píng)分低0.53~0.85分(P0.05);產(chǎn)母犢的奶牛第一次發(fā)情時(shí)間比產(chǎn)公犢的早3.15d,當(dāng)犢牛初生重大于45kg時(shí)奶牛胎衣排出時(shí)間最長(zhǎng)(17h);冬季奶牛產(chǎn)后第一次發(fā)情時(shí)間比其它季節(jié)早10~12d(P0.05)。研究認(rèn)為,不同胎次、犢牛性別和初生重以及產(chǎn)犢季節(jié)對(duì)奶牛產(chǎn)后的第一次發(fā)情時(shí)間、胎衣排出時(shí)間、子宮粘液和直腸檢查評(píng)分有顯著影響。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effects of different parity, sex and birth weight of calves and calving season on reproductive performance, and to provide reference for scientific breeding and postpartum nursing of dairy cows, 120 Holstein cows were measured for their first estrus, breeding time, fetal coat excretion time, uterine mucus score and rectal examination score. The correlation between sex and birth weight of calves and calving season was analyzed.
