【摘要】：禽心包積水-包涵體肝炎綜合征(hydropericardium syndrome-inclusion body hepatitis,HPSIBH)是由禽腺病毒4型(fowl adenovirus-4,FAV-4)引起的一種具有高度傳染性與高死亡率的急性傳染病。該病最早于1987年在巴基斯坦的安哥拉地區(qū)被報(bào)道出來(lái),因此又稱"安哥拉病"。2013年4月至2014年8月,該病在我國(guó)江蘇鹽城地區(qū)爆發(fā),2015年夏季該病在山東、河南、遼寧、廣東等地又呈現(xiàn)大規(guī)模爆發(fā),給我國(guó)家禽業(yè)帶來(lái)了重大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。文章系統(tǒng)介紹了該病以及其主要病原FAV-4的最新研究進(jìn)展,為我國(guó)對(duì)該傳染病的診治與預(yù)防提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:Avian pericardial hydrops-inclusion body hepatitis syndrome (hydropericardium syndrome-inclusion body hepatitis,HPSIBH) is an acute infectious disease with high infectious and high mortality caused by avian adenovirus type 4 (fowl adenovirus-4,FAV-4). The disease was first reported in Angola, Pakistan in 1987, so it is also known as "Angola disease". From April 2013 to August 2014, the disease broke out in Yancheng area, Jiangsu Province, China. In the summer of 2015, the disease broke out on a large scale in Shandong, Henan, Liaoning, Guangdong and other places, which brought great economic losses to the poultry industry in China. This paper systematically introduces the latest research progress of the disease and its main pathogen FAV-4, and provides a theoretical reference for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the infectious disease in China.
