一種緩釋FSH注射劑對奶牛發(fā)情和超排的效果觀察

【摘要】:奶牛的繁殖效率和優(yōu)良奶牛繁殖性能的提高直接影響奶牛業(yè)的效益。在繁殖機(jī)能正常的母牛中,隨著卵泡的生長發(fā)育和退化的交替進(jìn)行,自然條件下往往只有一個(gè)優(yōu)勢卵泡發(fā)育成熟排出。因此,如何在日常工作中,既不影響健康奶牛正常生產(chǎn)性能,又可大幅度的提高優(yōu)質(zhì)母牛的繁殖性能一直是奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。超數(shù)排卵和胚胎移植技術(shù)作為解決這一問題的最有效途徑和方法得到越來越多的重視。FSH作為誘導(dǎo)發(fā)情和超數(shù)排卵技術(shù)中的關(guān)鍵藥物,其質(zhì)量和正確使用則直接影響誘導(dǎo)發(fā)情和超排的效果。為此,本試驗(yàn)重點(diǎn)觀察了一種新型的FSH緩釋注射劑對奶牛誘導(dǎo)發(fā)情和超數(shù)排卵的效果,為該劑型的改進(jìn)及其在奶牛場的應(yīng)用提供實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。選擇了15至18月齡的青年育成荷斯坦奶牛12頭,隨機(jī)分成兩組各6頭,試驗(yàn)組的處理:在奶牛發(fā)情周期的任意一天(非發(fā)情當(dāng)天)進(jìn)行超排處理,放置CIDR(當(dāng)天記為第0 d),伴隨肌肉注射4 mg E2,第10 d上午6:00一次性肌肉注射一定劑量的FSH緩釋注射劑,第12 d上午和下午各肌肉注射25 mg PGF2α,第13 d下午撤除CIDR,第15 d觀察供體母牛的發(fā)情表現(xiàn)(間隔),發(fā)情后12 h輸精1次,間隔12 h進(jìn)行第2次輸精,第22 d(發(fā)情后第7 d)進(jìn)行非手術(shù)采集胚胎。對照組的處理:除了注射FSH的方案與試驗(yàn)組不同之外其他的都相同,FSH注射方案:第10 d早上6:00注射2.0 mg FSH,下午6:00注射1.5 mg FSH;第11 d早上和晚上分別注射1.5 mg FSH;第12 d早上6:00注射FSH(1.0 mg)+PGF2α(25 mg);晚上注射FSH(0.5 mg)+PGF2α(25 mg)。結(jié)果表明,對照組發(fā)情率為100%,試驗(yàn)組發(fā)情率為83.33%,差異不顯著(p0.05)對照組奶牛的可用胚胎數(shù)平均為3.16枚/頭,黃體數(shù)為6.83個(gè)/頭,胚胎有效率為65.52%;試驗(yàn)組奶牛的可用胚胎數(shù)平均為2.0枚/頭,黃體數(shù)為2.80個(gè)/頭,胚胎有效率為66.67%。試驗(yàn)組與對照組黃體數(shù)相比差異顯著(p0.05)。結(jié)論:緩釋FSH注射劑對荷斯坦黑白花奶牛的超數(shù)排卵具有一定的效果。
[Abstract]:The improvement of breeding efficiency and excellent reproductive performance of dairy cows directly affects the benefit of dairy industry. In cows with normal reproductive function, with the alternation of follicular growth, development and degeneration, there is often only one dominant follicular development and maturation under natural conditions. Therefore, how to not affect the normal performance of healthy cows in daily work, but also greatly improve the reproductive performance of high-quality cows has always been the focus of attention of dairy cattle breeding industry. As the most effective way and method to solve this problem, superovulatory and embryo transfer techniques have been paid more and more attention. As the key drug in estrus induction and superovulatory technology, FSH has been used as the key drug in estrus induction and superovulatory technology. Its quality and correct use directly affect the effect of estrus induction and superexcretion. Therefore, the effect of a new type of FSH sustained release injection on estrus and superovulatory induction in dairy cows was observed, which provided experimental basis for the improvement of the dosage form and its application in dairy farms. Twelve Holstein cows aged 15 to 18 months were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was treated with superexcretion on any day of estrus cycle (non-estrus day) and placed CIDR (0 d), on the same day).
