【摘要】：PQA PLUS是美國(guó)養(yǎng)豬業(yè)相關(guān)人員的一個(gè)首要培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目,該項(xiàng)目包含6個(gè)方面核心內(nèi)容,即食品安全、動(dòng)物福利、公眾健康、安全生產(chǎn)、環(huán)境保護(hù)及社區(qū)活動(dòng)。為了確保該目標(biāo)順利實(shí)現(xiàn),PQA PLUS制定了10個(gè)良好生產(chǎn)規(guī)范。近年來(lái),中美豬肉貿(mào)易不斷增加,中國(guó)從美國(guó)進(jìn)口的豬肉逐年遞增。論文從PQA PLUS的6個(gè)核心內(nèi)容,10條良好生產(chǎn)規(guī)范出發(fā),分析中美兩國(guó)養(yǎng)豬過(guò)程中的差異,為提高我國(guó)豬肉產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,縮小豬肉生產(chǎn)和國(guó)外的差距,減少貿(mào)易逆差提供一定的幫助。
[Abstract]:PQA PLUS is a leading training program for pig industry personnel in the United States. The program consists of six core areas, namely, food safety, animal welfare, public health, production safety, environmental protection and community activities. In order to ensure the smooth realization of, PQA PLUS, 10 good production specifications have been developed. In recent years, the pork trade between China and the United States has been increasing, and China's imports of pork from the United States have increased year by year. Based on the 6 core contents of PQA PLUS and 10 good production norms, this paper analyzes the differences in pig raising between China and the United States, in order to improve the quality of pork products in China and narrow the gap between pork production and foreign countries. Reducing the trade deficit provides some help.
