【摘要】：為了解廣東反芻動物流行性出血病(EHD)的感染情況,本研究對采集的牛血液樣品進(jìn)行EHD病毒(EHDV)的RT-PCR檢測,對核酸檢測為陽性的樣品進(jìn)行病毒分離鑒定。將陽性樣品接種BHK-21細(xì)胞連續(xù)傳3代時出現(xiàn)細(xì)胞病變,擴(kuò)增出了VP7基因,進(jìn)行BLAST序列比對,結(jié)果表明該分離株與國內(nèi)外EHDV分離株的同源性達(dá)98%~100%,TCID_(50)為10~(-6.5)/50μL,不能凝集雞紅細(xì)胞,表明該分離株為EHDV,命名為GD-N133。根據(jù)VP2基因序列的分析和微量中和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,確定該病毒株為EHDV-1型。
