浦東新區(qū)病死畜禽無(wú)害化處理監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:近年來(lái),動(dòng)物衛(wèi)生安全問(wèn)題已經(jīng)成為了全社會(huì)共同關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),而其中養(yǎng)殖環(huán)節(jié)病死畜禽尸體隨意丟棄,甚至有不法商販將病死畜禽上市銷售的問(wèn)題尤其突出。浦東動(dòng)物衛(wèi)生監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)希望通過(guò)浦東新區(qū)病死畜禽無(wú)害化處理監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)的研發(fā),對(duì)浦東病死畜禽無(wú)害化處理全過(guò)程采用信息化監(jiān)管,并通過(guò)系統(tǒng)對(duì)采集數(shù)據(jù)的自動(dòng)化處理,減輕浦東動(dòng)物衛(wèi)生監(jiān)管人員的工作量,從而使浦東病死畜禽無(wú)害化處理監(jiān)管透明、高效。本文從浦東病死畜禽無(wú)害化處理的實(shí)際運(yùn)作模式出發(fā),詳細(xì)分析了浦東病死畜禽無(wú)害化處理的需求,結(jié)合先進(jìn)的動(dòng)物衛(wèi)生監(jiān)管理念,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)適合浦東新區(qū)的病死畜禽無(wú)害化監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和分析嚴(yán)格按照軟件工程的方法,首先對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了可行性論證,并對(duì)性能需求和功能需求進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,然后是系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),逐步完成系統(tǒng)建模并實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)采用C/S+B/S架構(gòu)。在移動(dòng)端采用基于Android 3.1以上版本開(kāi)發(fā)的APP,使用Android內(nèi)建的SQLite輕量級(jí)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)存儲(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù);服務(wù)端采用ASP.NET技術(shù),使用SQLSERVER數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)采用表示層、業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層和數(shù)據(jù)層三層體系結(jié)構(gòu)。論文對(duì)系統(tǒng)需求進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,運(yùn)用UML統(tǒng)一建模語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行建模,并在此模型基礎(chǔ)上完成了系統(tǒng)功能模塊和體系的設(shè)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)已在浦東動(dòng)物衛(wèi)生執(zhí)法大隊(duì)投入實(shí)際使用。通過(guò)系統(tǒng)的使用,執(zhí)法大隊(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)浦東病死畜禽無(wú)害化處理全過(guò)程的信息化監(jiān)管和分析,提高了執(zhí)法大隊(duì)的監(jiān)管水平和效率。從系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行情況來(lái)看,本文提出的設(shè)計(jì)思想和實(shí)施方案是切實(shí)可行的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of animal health and safety has become the focus of attention of the whole society, and the problem of diseased dead livestock and poultry corpses is discarded at will, and even the problem of illegal vendors listing and selling sick and dead livestock and poultry is especially prominent. The Pudong Animal Health Regulatory Agency hopes that through the research and development of the innocuous treatment supervision system for sick and dead livestock and poultry in Pudong New area, the information supervision will be adopted for the whole process of innocuous processing of sick and dead livestock and poultry in Pudong, and the automatic processing of collected data will be carried out through the system. Reduce the workload of animal health supervisors in Pudong, so that the harmless treatment of sick livestock and poultry in Pudong is transparent and efficient. Based on the actual operation mode of innocuous treatment of sick and dead livestock and poultry in Pudong, this paper analyzes in detail the demand of innocuous treatment of dead livestock and poultry in Pudong, and combines with the advanced concept of animal health supervision. Design and implement the innocuous supervision system of sick and dead livestock and poultry suitable for Pudong New area. The design and analysis of the system are strictly in accordance with the method of software engineering. Firstly, the feasibility of the system is demonstrated, and the performance requirements and functional requirements are analyzed in detail, and then the detailed design of the system is carried out. Complete the system modeling step by step and implement the system. The system adopts C / S / B / S architecture. The APP, developed on the mobile side based on Android 3.1 uses the SQLite lightweight database built in Android to store data, and the server adopts ASP.NET technology and uses SQLSERVER database management system. The system adopts three layers of architecture: presentation layer, business logic layer and data layer. In this paper, the requirements of the system are analyzed in detail, and the UML unified modeling language is used to model the system. On the basis of this model, the functional module and system design of the system are completed. The system has been put into practical use in Pudong Animal Health Law Enforcement Brigade. Through the use of the system, the law enforcement brigade realizes the information supervision and analysis of the whole process of innocuous treatment of sick livestock and poultry in Pudong, and improves the supervision level and efficiency of the law enforcement brigade. From the point of view of the operation of the system, the design idea and implementation scheme put forward in this paper are feasible.
