山羊全混合顆粒飼料加工技術(shù)的研究

【摘要】:試驗(yàn)對(duì)山羊全混合日糧顆粒飼料加工技術(shù)與生產(chǎn)工藝進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,不同原料及不同精粗比混合飼料用壓縮比4.71的平模顆粒機(jī)制粒,配方中無(wú)草粉的混合飼料、純草粉等制粒成型率達(dá)到97.39%以上。單一的草粉較混合草粉更容易制粒成型,玉米秸稈粉較花生藤粉更易制粒。含草粉的混合飼料制粒成型率34.92%~89.71%,成型率隨精粗比增大而提高。小麥、膨潤(rùn)土等原料對(duì)含草粉的混合飼料成型率沒(méi)有明顯的改善。油菜籽對(duì)羊全混合飼料制粒成型沒(méi)有顯著影響。用于生產(chǎn)畜禽料的顆粒機(jī)壓模(壓縮比4~51)不適宜于生產(chǎn)羊全混合飼料,平模壓模板壓縮比提高到61時(shí),制粒成型率明顯提高,可達(dá)到96%以上。環(huán)模顆粒機(jī)環(huán)模壓縮比設(shè)計(jì)為81時(shí),制粒成型率可達(dá)到92.85%~96.68%;使用專利技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)的環(huán)模,制粒成型率可達(dá)到99%以上。草粉細(xì)度選用4 mm粉碎機(jī)篩板為宜;旌蠒r(shí)間以6 min為宜。在加工工藝上,草粉加工環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)置合理的緩沖倉(cāng),緩沖倉(cāng)內(nèi)設(shè)震動(dòng)棒以防拱阻,促進(jìn)流動(dòng),輸出采用螺旋機(jī)械輸送;配料輸送草粉采用大口徑螺旋提升機(jī)或皮帶輸送機(jī);制粒環(huán)節(jié)配置制粒緩沖倉(cāng)提高生產(chǎn)效率;對(duì)喂料設(shè)施及喂料口控制件設(shè)計(jì)保證喂料均勻性,準(zhǔn)確控制喂料速度。
[Abstract]:The processing technology and production technology of goat total mixed diet pellet feed were studied in this paper. The results showed that the granulation rate of flat mold granule with different raw materials and different ratio of concentrate to coarse was 4.71, and the granulation rate of pure straw powder was more than 97. 39% for the mixed feed without grass powder in the formula, and the granulation rate of pure grass powder was more than 97. 39% for the mixed feed with different raw materials and different ratio of concentrate to roughage. Single straw powder is easier to granulate than mixed grass powder, corn straw powder is easier to granulate than peanut rattan powder. The granulation rate of mixed feed containing grass powder was 34.92% and 89.71%, and the molding rate increased with the increase of the ratio of fine to crude. Wheat, bentonite and other raw materials have no significant improvement on the formation rate of mixed feed containing grass powder.
