肉雞腹脂率雙向選擇系群體表型數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)及其功能實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:表型性狀的準(zhǔn)確記錄及其有效管理和分析是選育優(yōu)良畜禽品種(系)工作的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容。東北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)肉雞腹脂率雙向選擇系(Northeast Agricultural University High and Low Fat,NEAUHLF)進(jìn)行了20多年的選育工作,并積累了大量同肉雞脂肪沉積的分子遺傳基礎(chǔ)研究相關(guān)的表型性狀記錄。為了有效和系統(tǒng)地存儲、管理、分析和利用這些表型數(shù)據(jù),本研究設(shè)計(jì)并構(gòu)建了東北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)肉雞腹脂率雙向選擇系群體表型數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)(NEAUHLF Phenome Database,NEAUHLFPD)。該數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)存儲記錄了多項(xiàng)表型性狀記錄信息和數(shù)據(jù),還可同時(shí)滿足篩選、檢索和計(jì)算等功能。數(shù)據(jù)庫的具體內(nèi)容、設(shè)置以及功能相關(guān)信息如下:一、NEAUHLFPD表型數(shù)據(jù)庫涵蓋的主要表型記錄和信息(1)1-17世代系譜記錄:具體涉及家系編號、個(gè)體序號、個(gè)體編號、父母代編號、全同胞家系編號、半同胞家系編號等;(2)29項(xiàng)表型數(shù)據(jù):分別為雞體尺性狀、不同周齡體重性狀、屠體性狀以及腹脂率、肝脂率、內(nèi)臟比率等性狀信息。二、NEAUHLFPD表型數(shù)據(jù)庫的架構(gòu)和設(shè)計(jì)過程(1)架構(gòu)信息:選擇Apache環(huán)境作為NEAUHLFPD表型數(shù)據(jù)庫搭建的WEB服務(wù)器;選擇My SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)軟件作為數(shù)據(jù)庫搭建工具;選擇Navicat作為數(shù)據(jù)庫管理工具;選擇PHP作為動(dòng)態(tài)交互性站點(diǎn)創(chuàng)建的服務(wù)器端腳本語言;選擇HTML作為超文本標(biāo)記語言。(2)結(jié)構(gòu)信息:主界面上有數(shù)據(jù)庫整體組成及功能詳細(xì)介紹,以及數(shù)據(jù)庫各部分基本結(jié)構(gòu)的索引按鈕。數(shù)據(jù)庫功能模塊主要包含兩方面內(nèi)容。第一模塊,為表型(phenotype)數(shù)據(jù)的物理存儲空間,主要用于實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)的選定、范圍設(shè)定、篩選、和查找等功能;第二模塊,為表型數(shù)據(jù)的基本描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)計(jì)算(descriptive statistics),主要用于實(shí)現(xiàn)對條件篩選后的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行基本統(tǒng)計(jì)量(平均數(shù)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差、方差、眾數(shù)以及中位數(shù)等)的計(jì)算,同時(shí)還可實(shí)現(xiàn)對篩選數(shù)據(jù)的按條件排序等功能。NEAUHLFPD不僅可以用于有效儲存和管理表型數(shù)據(jù),還可以在今后的研究工作中兼容高通量基因組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)一步對其內(nèi)容和功能進(jìn)行擴(kuò)充和開發(fā)。NEAUHLFPD表型數(shù)據(jù)庫的構(gòu)建有利于今后深入開展雞脂肪組織生長發(fā)育的分子遺傳基礎(chǔ)研究,以及推進(jìn)低脂肉雞的選育工作。
[Abstract]:Accurate recording, effective management and analysis of phenotypic traits is an important part of breeding excellent livestock and poultry breeds (lines). The two-way selection line (Northeast Agricultural University High and Low Fat,NEAUHLF of broilers in Northeast Agricultural University has been selected for more than 20 years, and a large number of phenotypic traits related to the molecular genetic basis of fat deposition in broilers have been accumulated. In order to store, manage, analyze and utilize these phenotypic data effectively and systematically, a population phenotypic database management system (NEAUHLF Phenome Database,NEAUHLFPD) for two-way selection of abdominal fat percentage of broilers in Northeast Agricultural University was designed and constructed. The database management system stores and records a number of phenotypic traits recording information and data, and can also meet the functions of screening, retrieval and calculation at the same time. The specific contents, settings and functional information of the database are as follows: first, the main phenotypic records and information covered by the NEAUHLFPD phenotypic database (1) 1 / 17 generation pedigree records: specifically related to family number, individual sequence number, individual number, Parent generation number, whole sibling family number, half sibling family number, etc. (2) 29 phenotypic data: chicken body size traits, weight traits of different weeks of age, butcher traits, abdominal fat rate, liver fat rate, visceral ratio and other traits. Second, the architecture and design process of NEAUHLFPD phenotypic database (1) Architecture information: select Apache environment as WEB server built by NEAUHLFPD phenotypic database, select My SQL database system software as database building tool, select My SQL database system software as database building tool, select My SQL database system software as database building tool, select My SQL database system software as database building tool. In the second module, the basic descriptive statistical calculation of phenotypic data (descriptive statistics), is mainly used to calculate the basic statistics (average, standard deviation, variance, number of numbers and median, etc.) of the data after conditional screening. At the same time, it can also realize the function of sorting the screened data according to the condition. NEAUHLFPD can not only be used to effectively store and manage phenotypic data, but also be compatible with high-throughput genomic data in future research work. Further expansion and development of its content and function. The construction of NEAUHLFPD phenotypic database is helpful to carry out the molecular genetic basis of chicken adipose tissue growth and development in the future, and to promote the breeding of low-fat broilers.
