亞麻籽和魚油對蛋雞蛋黃n-3多不飽和脂肪酸含量與肝臟脂肪酸代謝的影響

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究飼糧中添加亞麻籽和魚油對蛋雞蛋黃n-3多不飽和脂肪酸含量、肝臟脂肪酸組成及其合成代謝基因表達(dá)的影響。選擇28周齡海蘭褐殼蛋雞96只,隨機分為4組,每組24只。對照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,試驗組分別在基礎(chǔ)飼糧中添加10%亞麻籽、10%亞麻籽+5%魚油和5%魚油。飼養(yǎng)21 d后連續(xù)收集7 d雞蛋,然后每組隨機選取4只雞屠宰取樣。結(jié)果表明,與對照組相比:1)添加亞麻籽和魚油均顯著增加蛋黃中n-3多不飽和脂肪酸含量(P0.05),其中單獨添加魚油的蛋黃中二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)和二十碳五烯酸含量最高;2)試驗組肝臟單不飽和脂肪酸比例均顯著降低(P0.05),肝臟n-3多不飽和脂肪酸比例均顯著增加(P0.05);3)單獨添加魚油顯著降低肝臟脂肪酸延長酶1、脂肪酸延長酶2和去飽和酶(脂肪酸去飽和酶1、脂肪酸去飽和酶2和硬脂酰輔酶A去飽和酶1)基因表達(dá)水平(P0.05)。由此可見,蛋雞飼糧中單獨添加亞麻籽或魚油可以富集蛋黃n-3多不飽和脂肪酸沉積;添加亞麻籽促進(jìn)肝臟α-亞麻酸轉(zhuǎn)化生成DHA過程,表現(xiàn)為上調(diào)脂肪酸延長酶和去飽和酶基因表達(dá),添加魚油顯示相反結(jié)果。
