【摘要】：山西省生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展是畜牧產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分,山西省生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展占據(jù)畜牧業(yè)很大比重,2015年肉類總產(chǎn)量為8625萬(wàn)噸,生豬的總產(chǎn)量為5487萬(wàn)噸,由此可見豬肉的產(chǎn)量占總?cè)忸惖谋戎厥潜容^大的,關(guān)注生豬的養(yǎng)殖對(duì)于促進(jìn)畜牧業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有重要的意義,因此通過(guò)對(duì)比分析山西省不同規(guī)模生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,找出哪種規(guī)模是最適合山西省生豬養(yǎng)殖的方式,對(duì)于帶動(dòng)山西省生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展、增長(zhǎng)養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)(戶)收入,促進(jìn)養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)(戶)的養(yǎng)殖積極性,帶動(dòng)山西省生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)健康快速發(fā)展有重要作用。本文將山西省生豬養(yǎng)殖分為散養(yǎng)、小規(guī)模、中規(guī)模、大規(guī)模四種模式,通過(guò)對(duì)山西省生豬的產(chǎn)量以及不同規(guī)模生豬的養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)(戶)數(shù)的情況進(jìn)行分析,運(yùn)用對(duì)比分析的方法對(duì)不同規(guī)模生豬養(yǎng)殖情況進(jìn)行成本與收益理論分析,同時(shí),運(yùn)用生產(chǎn)函數(shù)以及多元線性回歸模型對(duì)不同規(guī)模生豬成本與收益進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,通過(guò)生產(chǎn)函數(shù)和規(guī)�；碚撨M(jìn)行分析,得出中小規(guī)模是適合山西省生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的最佳模式。
[Abstract]:The development of pig industry in Shanxi Province is an important part of animal husbandry industry. The development of pig industry in Shanxi Province accounts for a large proportion of animal husbandry. In 2015, the total output of meat was 86.25 million tons, and the total output of live pigs was 54.87 million tons. Thus it can be seen that the proportion of pork production in total meat is relatively large. It is of great significance to pay attention to pig breeding to promote the economic development of animal husbandry. Therefore, through comparative analysis of the development of pig industry of different scales in Shanxi Province, To find out which scale is the most suitable way for pig breeding in Shanxi Province, to promote the development of pig industry in Shanxi Province, to increase the income of farms (households), and to promote the enthusiasm of farms (households). It plays an important role in promoting the sustainable, healthy and rapid development of pig industry in Shanxi Province. In this paper, the pig breeding in Shanxi Province was divided into four models: free raising, small scale, medium scale and large scale. The yield of live pigs in Shanxi Province and the number of farms (households) of pigs of different scales were analyzed. The cost and benefit of different scale pig breeding were analyzed by comparative analysis. At the same time, the production function and multiple linear regression model were used to analyze the cost and benefit of different scale live pig. Through the analysis of production function and scale theory, it is concluded that small and medium-sized scale is the best mode suitable for the development of pig industry in Shanxi Province.
