富鋅益生素的制備及其培養(yǎng)條件的優(yōu)化

【摘要】:試驗(yàn)旨在通過有益菌轉(zhuǎn)化無機(jī)鋅制備富鋅益生素。將鋅濃度為50 mg/ml的硫酸鋅溶液與產(chǎn)朊假絲酵母、嗜酸乳桿菌、凝結(jié)芽孢桿菌種子液混合發(fā)酵培養(yǎng),研究不同溫度、培養(yǎng)時間、鋅添加量、接種量、烘干溫度對富鋅益生素活菌數(shù)及鋅轉(zhuǎn)化率的影響。結(jié)果表明:硫酸鋅溶液和復(fù)合菌固體發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基中比例為1:200,混合種子液接種量比例為5%;發(fā)酵溫度35℃;培養(yǎng)時間為36 h;烘干溫度為60℃;得到的富鋅益生菌總活菌數(shù)9.07×10~9 CFU/g,有機(jī)鋅轉(zhuǎn)化率為79.82%。用10倍劑量的富鋅益生菌連續(xù)飼喂雛雞5周,雛雞健康狀況良好。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the experiment was to prepare zinc-rich probiotics by transforming inorganic zinc into beneficial bacteria. The zinc sulfate solution with zinc concentration of 50 mg/ml was mixed with Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Lactobacillus aeruginosa and Bacillus cloacae seed liquid.
