【摘要】：為了研究不同豬種泌乳期母乳外核體中l(wèi)et-7c的表達模式,試驗采用熒光定量PCR(QPCR)方法檢測了不同泌乳期(0,3,7,14,21,28天)的大約克夏豬和梅山豬母乳外核體中l(wèi)et-7c的發(fā)育性表達模式。結(jié)果表明:兩個豬種不同泌乳階段母乳外核體中l(wèi)et-7c的發(fā)育表達模式十分相似,總體趨勢均表現(xiàn)為隨時間推移而下降,且泌乳前期(0~3 d)免疫球蛋白(Ig E)的表達水平極顯著高于泌乳后期(7~28 d)(P0.01);品種間分析結(jié)果顯示,梅山豬母乳外核體中的let-7c表達水平在整個泌乳期均明顯高于大約克夏豬。
