中藥黃芩苷對(duì)雞胚成纖維細(xì)胞的安全濃度和生長(zhǎng)的影響

【摘要】:為了研究中藥黃芩中有效成分黃芩苷對(duì)雞胚成纖維細(xì)胞(CEF)生長(zhǎng)的影響,應(yīng)用細(xì)胞病變觀察法(CPE)觀察黃芩苷對(duì)CEF細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)的影響,并采用四甲基偶氮唑藍(lán)(MTT)比色法測(cè)定黃芩苷對(duì)雞胚成纖維細(xì)胞的最大安全濃度。黃芩苷濃度在312.5μg/m L時(shí)為最大安全濃度,低于此濃度時(shí)黃芩苷能促進(jìn)CEF的貼壁及生長(zhǎng),細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)良好,呈梭形,折光性強(qiáng)。結(jié)果表明,黃芩苷在中、低濃度能促進(jìn)CEF細(xì)胞的貼壁和生長(zhǎng)且對(duì)CEF細(xì)胞的作用都具有時(shí)效性,應(yīng)用細(xì)胞病變觀察法與MTT法,最終得出黃芩苷對(duì)CEF的最大安全濃度為312.5μg/m L。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of baicalin, an effective component of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, on the growth of chicken embryo fibroblasts (CEF), the effect of baicalin on the growth of CEF cells was observed by cytopathic observation (CPE). The maximum safe concentration of baicalin on chicken embryo fibroblasts was determined by (MTT) colorimetry. When the concentration of baicalin was 312.5 渭 g / mL, the maximum safe concentration was 312.5 渭 g / mL. When the concentration was lower than this concentration, baicalin could promote the adhesion and growth of CEF. The cells grew well, fusiform and refractive index. The results showed that baicalin could promote the adhesion and growth of CEF cells and the effect of baicalin on CEF cells in medium and low concentration. Cytopathic observation and MTT assay were used. The maximum safe concentration of baicalin to CEF was 312.5 渭 g / mL.
