【摘要】：綜述晶型藥物研究的效應(yīng)、研究方法,并對(duì)晶型藥物在獸藥中的應(yīng)用前景進(jìn)行綜合分析和討論,以期為晶型獸藥的研究和管理提供有價(jià)值的參考。藥物晶型不僅影響藥物穩(wěn)定性和生產(chǎn)、制劑工藝的可操作性以及藥物的溶解度、溶出速率,并進(jìn)而影響藥物的生物利用度和有效性。
[Abstract]:The effects and research methods of crystal drugs are reviewed, and the application prospect of crystal drugs in veterinary drugs is comprehensively analyzed and discussed in order to provide valuable reference for the research and management of crystal veterinary drugs. The crystal form of the drug not only affects the stability and production of the drug, the maneuverability of the preparation process, the solubility and dissolution rate of the drug, but also affects the bioavailability and effectiveness of the drug.
