【摘要】：為了研究細(xì)胞因子在延邊黃牛黃體中表達(dá)變化本研究采用HE染色法、RT-PCR分析,免疫印跡分析等實(shí)驗方法,分別觀察了cFLIP、Bcl-2及Bax這三種基因在延邊黃牛不同時期黃體中的表達(dá),得到以下結(jié)果：1、HE染色結(jié)果,可觀察到隨著黃體退化、引起黃體細(xì)胞結(jié)構(gòu)性凋亡。2、對處于發(fā)情期的牛黃體內(nèi)cFLIP mRNA的表達(dá)量,用RT-PCR技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)果表明,cFLIP mRNA在初期、中期、后期和白體中表達(dá)較高。3、抗凋亡基因cFLIP蛋白,Bcl-2蛋白的表達(dá)量在黃體初期和中期較高,處于后期和黃體期的基因表達(dá)量較低。
[Abstract]:In order to study the expression of cytokines in Yanbian yellow yolk, cFLIP, was observed by HE staining, RT-PCR analysis and immunoblotting analysis. The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax genes in the corpus luteum of Yanbian cattle at different stages was studied. The following results were obtained: 1. The results of HE staining showed that the structural apoptosis of luteal cells was caused by the degeneration of corpus luteum. The expression of cFLIP mRNA in estrus was studied by RT-PCR technique. The results showed that the expression of, cFLIP mRNA was higher in the early, middle, late and white bodies. 3, anti-apoptotic gene cFLIP protein. The expression of Bcl-2 protein was higher in the early and middle corpus, but lower in the late stage and the corpus phase.
