殼聚糖對斷奶仔豬生長性能、糞便評分及血清激素和T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群的影響

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究殼聚糖對斷奶仔豬生長性能、糞便評分及血清激素和T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群的影響。選取28日齡斷奶的杜×大×長三元雜交仔豬60頭,隨機(jī)分為5組(每組12頭):對照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,試驗組分別飼喂在基礎(chǔ)飼糧中添加250、500、1 000和2 000 mg/kg殼聚糖的試驗飼糧。試驗期14 d。結(jié)果表明:1)飼糧添加250~2 000 mg/kg殼聚糖顯著提高斷奶仔豬的平均日增重(ADG)(P0.05),顯著降低料重比(F/G)(P0.05);2)飼糧添加250~2 000 mg/kg殼聚糖顯著降低試驗第11天斷奶仔豬的糞便評分(P0.05);3)飼糧添加適宜劑量的殼聚糖顯著提高斷奶仔豬的血清促生長激素釋放激素(GHRH)(250~2 000 mg/kg)、生長激素(GH)(500~1 000 mg/kg)和瘦素(LP)(2 000 mg/kg)的濃度(P0.05),顯著降低血清促腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素釋放激素(CRH)(250~2 000 mg/kg)、促腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素(ACTH)(500~1 000 mg/kg)、皮質(zhì)醇(COR)(250~2 000 mg/kg)和可溶性CD8(sCD8)(500~2 000 mg/kg)的濃度(P0.05)。由此可見,飼糧中添加適宜劑量的殼聚糖能夠促進(jìn)斷奶仔豬的生長,降低腹瀉,緩解斷奶應(yīng)激。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of chitosan on growth performance, fecal score, serum hormone and T lymphocyte subsets in weaned piglets. Sixty 28-day-old crossbred piglets were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group (n = 12) and control group (n = 12), fed with 250, 500, 1 000 and 2 000 mg/kg chitosan in the basal diet, the control group was fed with basic diet, and the control group was fed with 250, 500, 1 000 and 2 000 min chitosan, respectively. The experimental period is 14 d. The results were as follows: 1) the average daily gain (ADG) () of weanling piglets was significantly increased and the feed-to-weight ratio (F / G) was significantly decreased (P0.05) with the addition of 250 ~ 2 000 mg/kg chitosan (P 0.05). 2) the fecal score of weaned piglets on the 11th day of the experiment was significantly decreased by the addition of 250 ~ 2 000 mg/kg chitosan (P0.05). 3) the serum (GHRH) (250 / 2 000 mg/kg of weanling piglets was significantly increased by dietary addition of chitosan at the appropriate dose, and the growth hormone-releasing hormone (mg/kg) of weanling piglets was significantly increased. The concentrations of growth hormone (GH) (500 / 1 000 mg/kg and leptin (LP) (2 000 mg/kg (P0.05) significantly decreased the serum corticotropin releasing hormone (CRH) (250 / 2 000 mg/kg). The concentrations of corticotropin (ACTH) (500 / 1 000 mg/kg), cortisol (COR) (250 / 2 000 mg/kg) and soluble CD8 (sCD8) (500 渭 2 000 mg/kg) were measured (P0.05). It can be seen that the addition of chitosan in diet can promote the growth of weanling piglets, reduce diarrhea and relieve weaning stress.
